1. Strict No Refund and No Rebooking Policy: Please note that once your room at Luna Tres Homestay is reserved, your booking becomes non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. We recognize that unexpected events, including but not limited to flight cancellations and other emergencies, can occur. However, as these circumstances are beyond our control, Luna Tres Homestay will not be held liable for any resultant changes or disruptions to your stay, and no exceptions to this policy will be made.
2. Forfeiture for No-Shows: If guest(s) fail to arrive on the day of their reservation or fail to notify us of their inability to check-in, the booking will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited without refund or rebooking.
3. Exception for Property Damage (Natural Calamity):In the unforeseen event that Luna Tres Homestay becomes uninhabitable due to damages caused by a natural calamity, your affected booking will be converted into a Travel Fund. This Travel Fund can be used for future bookings at Luna Tres Homestay within 6 months from the date it is issued. Details regarding your Travel Fund will be sent via email.
4. Non-Transferable Bookings: All bookings are strictly non-transferable.
5. Payment Requirement: Full payment is required to confirm any booking.
6. Check-in Requirements: Upon check-in, guests are required to present their Booking Confirmation and a valid Government ID.

B. Payments (Detailed)
1. Full Payment Prior to Arrival: To ensure a smooth check-in process, full payment must be settled at least one (1) week prior to your arrival date. Payments can be made via GCash or BPI transfer to allow sufficient time for transactions to clear.
2. No Cash Payments at Check-in: For security reasons, we do not accept cash payments upon check-in.
3. PayPal Payments: Payments made via PayPal are subject to a 5% service charge for our discounted rates and must be paid in full.
C. Security Deposit
1. Security Deposit Required: A security deposit of PHP 1,000 per room is required upon check-in. This deposit will be returned shortly after your check-out, once our staff has completed a satisfactory room inspection.
D. Check-in and Check-out Procedures
1. Check-in Time: Standard check-in is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving outside this window, you must notify management in advance. Failure to provide notice for late arrival will be considered a no-show, resulting in the forfeiture of your booking.
2. Check-out Time: Standard check-out is on or before 11:00 AM.Late Check-out: Extensions are subject to management approval. A PHP 500 charge applies for late check-outs not exceeding 2:00 PM.
3. Early Check-out: If you plan to leave earlier than your scheduled check-out time, please inform our caretakers in advance so they can assist you.
4. Early Check-in: Early check-in is subject to room availability. If the room was occupied by another guest the day prior, early check-in may not be possible, but you are welcome to leave your baggage in our designated receiving area. Please secure your valuables as Luna Tres Homestay is not liable for any loss. If no guest was checked in the day before, early check-in is possible for an additional PHP 500 charge, payable to the caretakers upon arrival.
5. Room Inspection: We advise guests to check out at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure (e.g., van transfer pick-up) to allow ample time for our caretakers to inspect the rooms for any potential damages.
E. Guest Registration and Occupancy
1. Registered Guests Only: For the safety, security, and comfortable experience of all our guests, only the number of individuals registered during booking are permitted to check in and stay at Luna Tres Homestay. We require the full names and ages of all staying guests. Failure to disclose additional guests will result in the immediate forfeiture of your booking without refund. This is to ensure that only the allowed number of guests are checked in at the property.
2. Safety and Security: Knowing the exact number of occupants allows us to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the premises, especially in emergencies.
3. Compliance with Regulations: Our operations must comply with local government regulations and permits, which often include limits on occupancy per room or property. Undisclosed guests can put us in violation of these legal requirements.
4. Facility Capacity and Wear: Our rates, amenities, and utilities are provisioned based on the number of registered guests. Exceeding this capacity can strain our facilities (e.g., water, electricity, common areas) and increase wear and tear beyond what's anticipated.
5. Maintaining Guest Experience: Overcrowding can negatively impact the comfort and experience of other guests staying at Luna Tres Homestay.
6. Luna Tres Homestay reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests exceeding the agreed-upon number of occupants.
7. No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all our guests, pets are strictly not permitted on Luna Tres Homestay premises.
F. Room Amenities and Services
1. Beddings and Towels: Guests are provided with complete beddings and towels. Should you require a change of towels (2 pieces) or beddings, an additional payment of PHP 150 for towels and PHP 250 per bedding per bed will apply, subject to availability.
G. Van Transfers
1. Arranging Transfers: An email will be sent at least one week prior to your arrival regarding van transfers. To ensure seamless arrangements with our team, please reply with all necessary details.
2. Guest Responsibility for Booking: Luna Tres Homestay is not responsible for unbooked van transfers if the required details are not provided by incoming guests.
3. Flight Changes: It is the guest's responsibility to immediately update Luna Tres Homestay of any flight schedule changes so that management can advise the driver accordingly.
4. Driver Waiting Policy: Your designated driver will be waiting at the agreed-upon area. If you cannot locate the driver, please contact Luna Tres Homestay for assistance or call the driver directly. Luna Tres Homestay will not issue any refunds if a guest chooses to ride another van not arranged by us, as our designated driver would have been scheduled and waiting for your arrival.
H. Tours
1. Arranging Tours: An email regarding available tours will be sent at least one week prior to your arrival. Please reply with the necessary details so we can arrange everything with our team.
2. Guest Responsibility for Booking: Luna Tres Homestay is not responsible for unbooked tours if the required details are not provided by incoming guests.
3. Coast Guard Cancellations: If the Coast Guard prohibits tours from proceeding, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled for the following day.
4. Tour Refunds (Case-by-Case): Refunds for tour amounts are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested at least one day prior by 3:00 PM to allow for arrangements with the tour team. Valid reasons for a refund request include:
a. Sickness or not feeling well (requires a medical certificate from Metro Doctors).
b. No other available dates for the guest before departing the island.Example:
For a 3-night, 4-day stay (e.g., Feb 2-5):
If the tour on Feb 3 is cancelled by the Coast Guard, and the guest is unwell on Feb 4 (with a medical certificate from Metro Doctors) and departs on Feb 5, a refund for the missed tour may be
considered.
I. Guest Responsibilities and Liability
1. Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings. Luna Tres Homestay will not be held liable for any loss or damages to personal belongings on these premises.
2. Property Care: We kindly request that you treat our rooms and facilities with care. Any damages caused by guests within the premises will be charged accordingly.
J. Pool and Villa Safety: Guests are solely responsible for supervising any children under their care within Luna Tres Homestay premises, including the pool and villa areas. Rough playing is not permitted at any time. Luna Tres Homestay will not be held liable for any injury, loss, and/or death that occurs inside the premises.Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice.
