CUBE Family Capsule
concept consists of 24 rooms fitted with a
mixture of queen-sized, double-sized and single capsule bunk beds in various categories.
- Connecting rooms are also available for the benefit of large families and groups of eight persons. Fitted with plushmattresses and linen, each capsule room is well designed to moderate its own temperature and airflow for a comfortable rest.
- Each capsule bunk is equipped with a universal electrical outlet protected with childproof adapter, room safe,mirror/vanity area, foldable table, bedside light and footwear storage. There is ample storage space and a dressing table with mirror. Mini fridges in selected room categories. Complimentary mini bar and bottled water are available on the first day of check in for all bookings.
The bathrooms are fitted
with standing showers, hairdryer and bath toiletries including Top to Toe Wash
for kids. Dental kits, towels are provided upon check-in. A washing machine is available in house with detergent included (subject to charges). Microwave and baby bottle sterilizer available to use in the common pantry area.
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Guests 6 years and older will be charged as one pax, do note that we do not provide any extra beds hence an additional room will be required if the total number of pax exceeds the room you have booked.
- A damage deposit of SGD 100 is required on arrival, collected by credit/debit card or cash. For deposit made via credit/debit card, reimbursement will be processed after 14 to 30 days after checking out depending on their card issuing bank. The deposit will be refunded in full via mode of payment, subject to a property inspection.
- Guests must be 18 years or older with a valid passport or ID to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a staying adult.
- All staying guests must provide a valid physical passport or ID upon check in.
- Rates quoted are based on your period of stay and subject to change when arrival and/or departure dates are amended.
- Reservations are non-transferable.
- While making reservations, guests are required to provide identification information including, but not limited to, name, address, contact telephone number and email address.
- The hotel reserves the right to reject and cancel the reservation if the information provided for the said reservation is incomplete, falsified or deemed to be fraudulent, or if the hotel is unable to charge the credit card required for confirmation.
- Guest names for reservations cannot be changed unless special circumstances are deemed acceptable by CUBE Hotel Group in its absolute discretion. The hotel reserves the right to reject check-in if the guest name differs from the name stated on the booking.
- By providing credit card details, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge applicable penalties and/or charges in the event of cancellation or ‘no-show’.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the charges will solely cover the provision of accommodation at the hotel. Guests may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to expenses for meals, drinks, room service, etc. These supplementary charges will be clarified and communicated to guests before they are incurred.
