Reservation is fully charged and non refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. IF CANCELED PRIOR to 30 days before arrival, there is a $75 fee per canceled room. Insurance may be offered for the non refundable reservations, please contact us for more information. Early check in and late check out may be requested based on availability and with an additional fee. The Guest is liable for any damages and lost items inside the room. No smoking permitted inside the room, (fine $250). We are not responsible for any left items at the property.

The guest must be 21 and over and show identification and credit card with the same name used for reservation upon arrival. Creditcard holder must be present. We reserve the right to deny access to the room if these rules are not met.
Payment is collected upon reservation and canceled if not fully paid.
