Hotel - en stornerings voorwaarden :
Cancellation Deadline: Reservations made directly with CTY Books must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date and time.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team by email us at welcome@ctygroup.nl Kindly provide your reservation details, including the confirmation number, to facilitate the cancellation process.
Late Cancellation or No-show: If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to your night's stay will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Modification Policy: Changes to the reservation dates or any other modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Early Departure: Guests who choose to check out before the scheduled departure date may be charged for the full reservation unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel.
Cancellation policy for "Non-Refundable" bookings
For reservations marked as non-refundable, please be advised that these bookings are not eligible for any refund or credit, regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
The full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking, and no money back will be provided in the event of cancellation or no-show.

Prices and Taxes:
1.1. All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to applicable taxes.

1.3. The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices and taxes as required by Dutch law.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
2.1. Pre-payment arrangements have been made.
2.2. Check-in time is 15h00, and check-out time is 12h00.
Traveling with Minors:
3.1. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3.2. The hotel reserves the right to request identification for minors.
Accessibility or Special Needs:
4.1. Please inform the hotel in advance of any special needs or accessibility requirements.
4.2. The hotel strives to accommodate such requests to the best of its ability.
4.3. Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator.
No Parking Places:
5.1. The hotel does not provide parking facilities.
5.2. Guests are responsible for finding alternative parking arrangements.
Dispute Resolution/Issues:
6.1. Any concerns or disputes should be brought to the attention of the hotel management promptly.
6.2. The hotel will make every effort to resolve issues amicably and in a timely manner.
Use of Personal Information:
7.1. Guest information is collected and used in accordance with the hotel's privacy policy.
7.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Liability:
8.1. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal property.
8.2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and security within the hotel premises.
Force Majeure:
9.1. The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
9.2. In such cases, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Third Party Rights:
10.1.These terms and conditions are for the benefit of the guest and the hotel and are not intended to confer any rights upon third parties.
Waiver:
11.1. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Severance:
12.1. If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
