Hostel Hacienda García é um hostel ecológico localizado em
Jacó, Puntarenas. A maioria do nosso mobiliário é feito de materiais
reutilizados, principalmente de paletes industriais.
O Hostel é parte de um edifício de 3 andares com um Super
Mini aberto 24/7, uma farmácia aberta a de 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Consultorio Médico aberto
de 08 a.m.-06 a.m. e servico de Emergencia por 24 horas. No segundo e terceiro
andar está localizado o albergue. Nossa recepção está localizado no primeiro
andar ao lado da Sophia Farmácia.
A maioría dos quartos têm uma bela vista para a montanha. O
terraço é no terceiro andar, com vista para a rua principal e as montanhas, festas
a noite no terraço, onde nós nos divertimos, e encontramos viajantes de todo o
mundo
Estamos em uma localização privilegiada, apenas a 100 metros
da praia e a 150 metros ao sul do terminal de ônibus. Também a menos de 500
metros do Hostel encontramos: shopping center, bancos, supermercados, cadeias
de fast food, farmácia e um cinema, bares e discotecas.

Termos e Condições
- Departure time is at 11:00 a.m. and check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. However, La Hacienda Rooms & will do its best to accommodate guests before the official check-in time or after the official check-out time when requested, "subject to availability".
- Rates are quoted for unit occupancy. The published rates are subject to a 13% tax or to the applicable taxes at the time in case this changes. The room rate includes a full breakfast every day. An additional charge plus tax will apply for each additional guest. An additional guest is defined as a person in addition to the double occupancy assigned per unit. Children 2 years of age and older will be considered adults and will be charged as an additional person per night.
- All reservations require a 50% deposit prior to arrival to guarantee space. Deposits not received in a timely manner are subject to cancellation without notice. Agency reservations may be subject to special conditions. Please check with our reservations department for details.
- Payments are received in US DOLLARS or COSTA RICA currency (two points) only, and can be paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Charges may need to be converted from Costa Rican currency to dollars. Some credit card companies will apply an additional charge for international transactions, which will appear on the customer's statement at a later date. La Hacienda Rooms & Food has no authorization or control over these charges, so you should contact your credit card company if in doubt. Direct deposits, bank transfers or personal checks must be prearranged with our reservations department, and proof of banking transactions must be sent by WhatsApp at + 506-8959-7167 or by email to: hola@lahaciendajaco.com
- GREEN SEASON is considered from May 1st to December 21st, PEAK SEASON is from December 22nd to January 3rd, and HIGH SEASON is from January 4th to April 30th each year.
- Reservations for PEAK SEASON require full payment of the reservation, and 50% will serve as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for the reservation. Reservations cancelled outside of 72 hours prior to arrival will lose payment in full. Payments not received in a timely manner are subject to immediate cancellation without notice or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Travel agency reservations may be subject to special conditions. Please check with our reservations department for more information.
- Cancellations must be send in writing and sent to hola@lahaciendajaco.com, and all cancellations must be confirmed as received by La Hacienda Rooms & Food in order to be considered valid. For certain (non-refundable) rates or special offers, please note that payment in advance by credit card is required, and therefore your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes with no refund option) when you make your reservation. Please check the details (reservation) of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any conditions before making your reservation.
- NO-SHOWS and/or unused room nights, and/or early check-outs are NOT REFUNDABLE regardless of the season.
- Due to La Haciened's strict cancellation and payment policies, we strongly recommend travel insurance. You can find a selection of travel insurance companies at: www.insuremytrip.com.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. All confirmed and fully paid reservations are exempt from any rate changes.
- Please note that prostitution and exploitation of minors is not permitted within the hotel premises. Guests who do not abide by this policy are asked to leave without a refund.
- FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE: LA HACIENDA ROOMS & FOOD is exempt from liability for failure to comply with the agreements specified in this document directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from any condition beyond human control or government concern. However, the option of rebooking is subject to the discretion of the hotel, as well as the availability of rooms covered by the dates of the planned visit.
