Para estadias iguais ou superiores a 3 dias é OFERECIDA uma TÁBUA DE QUEIJOS e uma GARRAFA DE VINHO para degustação.
É possível efectuar EARLY check in e LATE check in, SEM CUSTOS ADICIONAIS, a estadia pode incluir pequeno almoço continental pelo valor de 5€ por pessoa por dia.

A Propriedade fica localizada a 200 metros (m) da Estação de metro Baixa/Chiado. A emblemática Praça do Comércio encontra-se a 350 m da propriedade e o Castelo de São Jorge fica a 900 m .Existe um parque de estacionamento público a 180 m e um supermercado a 200 m.

A prepayment of 100% of total reservation will be required at the time of booking confirmation (non-refundable). Please note that the credit card used to pay the reservation deposit must be presented at the time of check-in and its cardholder must be one of the room’s guest. No show policy: in case of no-show until 11:00 the day after of the arrival date and without prior notice of late arrival to the reservations department, the reservation is automatically canceled without refund of the deposit paid. Payment of the Municipal Tax: There will be a EUR 1 city tax per person and per night which is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable directly at the hotel upon check-in. This fee will be charged to all guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged per stay is EUR 14 per guest.

Prepayment: A prepayment of the total or partial amount of the reservation can be charged at the time of booking, depending on the reservation conditions of the selected tariff(s): Pre-paid rates imply total or partial prepayment at the time of booking. Free cancellation fees do not require any prepayment. Charges for debit/credit cards are made by the payments gateway Stripe (Online payment processing for internet businesses).

Payment of the Municipal Tax: There will be a city tax 2 EUR per person and per night which is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable directly at the hotel upon check-in. This fee will be charged to all guests from 13 years of age. Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation: The cancellation conditions vary depending on the reservation conditions of the selected tariff (s): Prepaid rates are non-refundable. Free cancellation fees can be canceled at any time without additional costs.

Important notes: Guests arriving after the check-in date are kindly requested to notify the hotel. If the guest does not show up at the hotel or make any communication until 11:00 hours the day after the expected date of arrival, the Hotel may cancel the reservation and sell the accommodation to a third party. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in and must belong to one of the guests in the room. Upon check-in, an identification card with photo and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests can not be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
