We offer daily surf lessons for all ages and skill levels, as well as other activities like surf skate lessons and video analysis sessions focused on improving your surfing technique. Additionally, we have a wonderful partnership with a local yoga center, offering you the best prices in town to join yoga classes.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, making it easy for guests to cook their favorite meals. Our cozy living room is perfect for relaxing, enjoying jam sessions, watching TV, or connecting with other guests. It can also be used for surf video analysis and small workshops. On colder days, there’s a fireplace to warm up the space.
On Aldeia's property, you'll also find a breakfast area and co-working space with Wi-Fi, called The Shack, along with a spacious outdoor area featuring a large garden, hammocks, a yoga deck, and a barbecue.

Thank you for choosing Aldeia Caiçara Surf House for your stay. Please take a moment to carefully review the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your relationship with us. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Prices and Taxes:
All prices are inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise specified. Aldeia Caiçara Surf House reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
Payment is required upon check-in, and a valid credit card or cash deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. Payments must be made in the local currency (Euro, €). Each guest with a reservation is required to present an official valid identification document with a photo at check-in. Failure to present such identification may result in the refusal of check-in and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund, as determined by the management team. Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Late check-outs or any issues arising during check-out may be subject to additional charges or penalties.
3. Traveling with Minors:
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Proof of legal guardianship must be provided at check-in. Aldeia Caiçara Surf House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone traveling with minors who cannot provide the required documentation.
4. Accessibility and Special Needs:
Aldeia Caiçara Surf House is committed to providing a comfortable and accessible stay for all guests. If you have any special needs or accessibility requirements, please inform us in advance. Our team will assess the feasibility of meeting these needs within our facility’s structural and logistical limitations to ensure a pleasant stay.
5. Parking:
Limited parking is available for cars and motorcycles in front of or next to the guest house, on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are needed. For bicycles, a bike rack is available within the property area. Guests are responsible for providing their own lock. Aldeia Caiçara Surf House is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles or bicycles.
6. Hotel Events:
Aldeia Caiçara Surf House may occasionally host events that may affect the comfort of your stay. Events will be organized with a maximum guest capacity in mind to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any such events, including their schedule and potential impact.
7. Resolution of Issues:
If you encounter any issues or disputes, please inform the Aldeia Caiçara Surf House Management Team immediately. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and with respectful dialogue. We do not tolerate physical or verbal altercations in the guest house. Aldeia Caiçara Surf House maintains a firm policy of inclusivity and stands against any form of discrimination based on gender, sexuality, race, age, religion, or culture. We strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
8. Use of Personal Information:
Aldeia Caiçara Surf House collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By making a reservation, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.
9. Liability:
Aldeia Caiçara Surf House is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property during your stay. We also reserve the right to charge you for any damages caused to the property during your visit.
10. Force Majeure:
Aldeia Caiçara Surf House shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances
11. Third Party Rights:
These terms and conditions do not confer any rights to third parties to enforce them
12. Waiver:
Failure by Aldeia Caiçara Surf House to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be considered a waiver of our right to do so in the future
13. Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
