Reservation Guarantees:

Smoking:
The complex has no smoking rooms. If you are a smoker and are requested upon booking, you will be allocated a balcony room, subject to hotel availability, so you can smoke outside. If this is not done, the Hotel is not responsible for the inability to make changes at check-in.
