PLEASE NOTE: This historic building spans two floors, and the hotel is situated on the second floor with no elevator access.

Cancellation Policies : Cancellations or modification within the Cancellation period are subjected to the loss of first night deposit for each room booked. 

STANDARD RESERVATION: Cancellation must be given 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of first night's charges. 
HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS: Cancellation must be given 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of first night's charges. 

Cancellation requests via email are preferred Cancellations must be accompanied by a valid booking Number. Please do not call to cancel as cancellation requests will not be accepted via voice messages. 

THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS: Any modifications, cancellation or change requests made on reservations booked through a third party or online travel agency (Expedia, etc.) must be made with those agencies and not with the Inn.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Charges may apply. Up to a $45.00 fee for early check in before 3:30 PM.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Charges may apply. Up to a $45.00 fee for checkout past 11:30 AM. 
PET POLICY: Pets are allowed when booked a pet friendly room. By booking this reservation, you agree that violations of this policy will result in a $250 fee charged to your credit card. 
SMOKING POLICY: All rooms including PUBLIC AREAS are non-smoking. You agree that violations of this policy will result in a $250 fee charged to your credit card. 
ACCESSIBILITY: Enter property from Guest Parking area, located at 1226 Stevenson St. Calistoga CA 94515. Please note that this property and Cottage King Room 3 were renovated in 2014. Part of the purpose of the renovation was to provide accessible features and equivalent facilitation under the guidance of the California Historical Building Code (Part 8 of Title 24) and the City of Calistoga Building Department. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
