Property Information

Our Tour Office & Lodge, has a privileged location, we are on the main avenue of the city, 500mts from the central Square, close enough to walk to all the restaurants and handcraft shops, pharmacy and markets buta far enough to avoid the noise of th city center (which is minimal - our city has only 18,000 residents). We are 5 minutes walk from Boa Project and a 10 minute walk from Casa do João, one of the top restaurants to go in town. Our rooms are divided between simple and standard - all of them equipped with AC, Celing Fan, TV and minibar the difference between these rooms categories are the type of equipment, beds and mostly inside finishing, since the standard rooms have been recently renovated. The daily rate includes brazilian style breakfast, we also offers ample parking, 24 hour reception and Wi-FI free access. The tours can be booked directly in our own Tour Office which facilitates the booking process and customer service with prepared STAFF with english and spanigh spoken service,- money exchange and laundry service its also available at the main reception.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

If it is necessary to cancel or change the date of booking, the guest must inform the Lodge or the Tour Office by e-mail or change its status directly in webb plataform. Within 48 hours the staff of the Lodge / Tour Office will respond to the customer request. Cancellations or bookings changes won´t be accepted by phone.

When reservations made by Tour Operators or Webb Plataforms such as Booking.Com , TripAdvisor, Expedia.com changes must be made directly on the site responsible for the reservation, please check procedures for cancellation and if applicable, date of change and availability of availability. 

RESERVATIONS CHANGE PROCEDURE:

The change of booking dates, should always respect the availability of places at the Lodge, Tours or transport services, please note that during special dates (Christimas, New Year , local and national holidays such as Carnival) changes dates are virtually unavailable.

Please note that will be charged 10% of the total booking amount for each requested of change date, plus any  variation on price from one period to another that shall respect the following deadlines:

Low season: 15 days before Check IN;.
High season: 30 days before Chck IN;

When costumer decid to change, new date must be informed during the requested act, limited to the use within 3 (three) months from the original booking date.
 
If it is not possible to change the dates, costumer may be request to cancel the reservation according to the following conditions:

CANCELLATION  
PROCEDURE:

In case of cancellation for Accommodation, tours and transport services, applies the following:

Low season:

Up to fifteen (15) days of the reservation date, a refund of 50% of the amount paid. 
Less than fifteen (15) days of the date of the reservation, no refund and / or compensation paid.

High season (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, long holidays and festive dates):

Up to thirty (30) days of the date of the reservation, it will be a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
Less than 30 (thirty) days of the date of the reservation, no refund and / or compensation paid.

NO SHOW PROCEDURE:

No arrival without previous notice/cancelation  applies the "no show" procedure:
 
Non-arrival without previous communication within the terms described herein, on the scheduled date of arrival will be considered "no show" 

The reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), offering the vacancy to another interested. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR RESERVATION OR CREDIT TO BE USED DURING  ANOTHER DATE. No refund and / or compensation paid, valid policy for all services contracted  as accommodation, tours or transport services. Additional to this, just in case of accommodation services the vacancy will remain available for the next 12 hours from the time of Check IN. 

Withdrawal after Check IN

The withdrawal of stay on arrival or after Check IN, such as early departure, especially because weather reason, or for any other reason DO NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY REFUND OR CREDIT IN NEXT ACCOMMODATION, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or accommodation days contracted. In case of early departure of the contracted services, the value of  debit must be paid in full. The same applies for tours and transportation services.

Welcome to Muito Bonito Tour Office & Lodge. For your best stay, please check internal information to our guests.

BOOKING PROCEDURES: 

Our booking confirmation is made by charging credit card or deposit of 50% of total booking value. The final balance must be paid  at the  Check IN;

The deadline for payment confirmation, is two (2) business days after pre-booking, after  this period and / if no confirmation of payment or transfer, your reservation request will be automatically canceled.

CHILD POLICY:

01 Children with 05 years is free ( if in the same room with the parents or responsibles)
 
The informed prices may change without previous notice. In this case, for confirmed bookings values ​​will be maintained;

We do not work with travellers checks. Bonito has branches of Brazil's banks, Bradesco, Sicred and Caixa Economica Federal. ATM is available 50 meters from our Lodge, however, no support for Itaú and Santander Bank. For International ATM, please check Bank of Brazil 10min walking distance from our place at the main square. 
 
For Check In DOCUMENT OFF ALL GUESTS,MUST BE PRESENTED - No check In will be confirmed without this check; 

Pets are allowed in the Lodge, considreing an additional charge and the acceptence of  the internal policy which should be signed at the Check IN;

CHECK IN:

The check in starts at 14.00PM  and Check Out is by 11.00AM, late check out upon request, after tolerance granted by the reception 60% of the daily rate will be charged until 15h, after this time full daily will be charged.

We kindly ask when you leave the room to turn off electrical devices and lock the doors, handing the keys at the agency., furthermore, we request the rational use of water.

BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is served from 7:00AM to 9:00 AM and must be consumed exclusively on the breakfast area. It is not allowed to have breakfast without shirt or in use of bathing suit. We do not work with lunch and dinner services.

CLEANING:

Rooms are cleaned from 9h00AM to 13h20 PM, only once a day. Bed linens are changed every three days or shorter time, by guest request at the front desk / office. The change of towels is daily, since guest after use leave up over the sink, if you will reuse please hang inside the room. Towels to take to the tours must be requested at the agency and has rental  fee of R$ 5,00. If loss or any damage , will be charged an amount  of R$ 35,00

P.S.: When towels from the Lodge are used in the tours a fee of R$ 10,00 per towel will be charged. 

RECEPTION:

The reception/Tour Office run from from Monday to Sunday from 07.00 to 22:00 PM. 

LAUNDRY: 

We offer laundry service, which runs every day of the week except Sundays and holidays. Must be delivered with the short list of itens completed  from 7:00AM to 10:00AM at the agency, withdrawal takes place the next day from 07h00AM to 08h00AM - check for anticipation at the front desk. The price is by KG and its informed at the Lodge billboard located at the breakfast area.

LOST AND FOUND GOODS:

The Lodge is not responsible for valuables left in the common and internal areas. We will keep for a period of thirty (30) days the objects found and shall return back only upon request of their owners, shipping costs under owner responsabilities. After its period and if no owners found the Lodge may give them the destination that best applies.

Parking: The Lodge offers free parking, vacancies in order of arrival. Muito Bonito Lodge is not responsible for any damage or theft caused to vehicles or objects left inside.

Identification and access: At check-in is guest must fill out a form of identification, which shall contain personal data and scanning of documents. We do not accept visits in the apartments.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Muito Bonito Lodge is not responsible for minors left alone and unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians in the premises of the Lodge. Any damage caused by guests and their companions or visitors shall be indemnified during Check Out. The materials borrowed in any Pousada sector, such as hair dryers, iron and ironing, must be returned before Check Out in terms to avoid any penalty of being charged.

PET´s are allowed and its rules should be consulted in the tour office / reception. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. In the interest of all our guests we ask for silence from 22h00PM on.
