1) BOOKING1.1) The rates start at 14:00 and close at 12:00;1.2) In case of use of extra bed and cots, theywill be made available upon request and confirmation of the hotel is necessary(check the availability of the day);1.3) RESERVATIONS WITH GUARANTEE OF "NOSHOW": Reservations are confirmed until 12:00 on the day after the day ofentry, and a daily fee will be charged in case of no-show;1.4) Early and late check out only by prior arrangement.
2) PREPAYMENT2.1) Through Bank Deposit and Authorization ofdebit in credit card;2.2) ATTENTION: made the bank deposit, send emailof the voucher to contato@casanostraparaty.com,2.3) It is strictly forbidden to make the bankdeposit without the confirmation of reservation by the hotel;
3) CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT OF RESERVATIONS ON REGULAR DAYS:3.1) The deadline for cancellations and changeswithout any charge is 15 DAYS before the guest's arrival date;3.2) from 14 to 7 business days prior to check in,refund of 50% of the amount paid, net of bank fees;3.3) less than 6 working days prior to check in orno show (no show) there will be no refund of the amount paid, Letter of creditfor later use by prior agreement.
4) CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES IN HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL DATES **Packages and periods of holidays, fairs, exhibitions, birthdays, weddings, etc. 4.1) In case ofcancellation with up to 30 (thirty) days in advance the payment will berefunded, after this date there will be no refund of the total amount paid,being 100% of the value as guarantee of no show; this clause being irrevocable;
5) GENERAL CLAUSES: 5.1) In the lodging isincluded breakfast, afternoon coffee, wi-fi and parking (depending on theavailability of vacancies); 5.2) All consumption ofmini-bar must be paid before guests leave and after mini-bar check. In the caseof a reservation on behalf of a company (legal entity), it will be responsiblefor the consumption of its client and / or employee, except that itcommunicates that it will not be responsible. 5.3) Child up to 2years and 05 months in the same bed as the parents is complimentary, if youwant extra bed, you should check the availability and will be charged specificfee; 5.4) Child over 5years, in the same apartment, upon availability of extra bed, will be chargedspecific fee; 5.5) Extra bed: chargeof 30% of the value of the double apartment, upon availability (on request);5.6) In the case of a minor accompanied by the parents, it is essential at thetime of check in the presentation of the identity document.
