Property and Cancelation Policies :
Após a confirmação do pagamento de seu sinal, serão aplicados os seguintes prazos para o CANCELAMENTO ou TRANSFERÊNCIA de sua reserva.
a) Prazo superior a 30 dias antes do check-in: No cancelamento, será realizada a devolução integral dos valores pagos, descontada taxa administrativa de R$ 30,00 por pessoa, incluindo crianças. A transferência, será realizada sem taxa.
b) De 30 a 16 dias antes do check-in: No cancelamento, haverá multa de 20% do valor total da reserva. A transferência, será realizada sem taxa ou multa.
c) De 08 a 15 dias antes do check-in: No cancelamento, haverá multa de 30% do valor total da reserva. A transferência, será realizada sem taxa.
d) De 05 a 07 dias antes do check-in: No cancelamento, haverá multa de 40% do valor total da reserva. A transferência, será realizada com multa de 10% do valor total da reserva.
e) De 03 a 04 dias antes do check-in: No cancelamento, haverá multa de 50% do valor total da reserva. A transferência, será realizada com multa de 20% do valor da reserva.
f) De 00 a 02 dias antes do check-in: No cancelamento, haverá cobrança integral do valor da reserva. A transferência, será realizada com multa de 20% do valor total da reserva. Em períodos de feriados e férias (Janeiro e Julho), serão considerados somente os itens a,b,c e f acima.
O não comparecimento na data prevista, será como “NO-SHOW”, sendo cobrados integralmente os valores devidos. Não há reembolso.
A transferência de data é feita na hora, para um novo período que respeite as tratativas anteriores e valores, exemplo: final de semana comum, para outro final de semana comum.
A carta de crédito, entra como a modalidade de transferência de data, mas ela é o compromisso de valor pago, e não de disponibilidade ou condições.
Disponibilizamos a possibilidade de vir nos conhecer antes da estada, desde que acordado antecipadamente com o atendente. Sendo assim, caso ocorra DESISTÊNCIA, no momento da chegada ou após a hospedagem ter dado inicio, será devido o pagamento integral de todos os valores tratados, não podendo ser considerado tal fato como saída antecipada ou cancelamento.
Terms and Conditions
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: As informed, it can be anticipated or extended depending on availability. Inquire about our late CHECK-OUT rates;
PARKING: It is free and without marked spaces, but it is not allowed to park on the lawn, nor near the pool and restaurant. We are not responsible for damage or theft or belongings left inside the vehicle;
RECEPTION: Service from 7am to 11pm. After 11 pm, our night receptionist will be able to help you in case of emergency. For CHECK-IN after 23h, please advise in advance;
ROPE FEE: Will be charged when there is consumption of drinks brought from outside and consumed in the common areas of the inn, such as swimming pool, games, playground, orchard, reception, hammocks, restaurant, etc. Allowed to bring your drinks free of charge for consumption inside the suite, if you consume them outside the suite, you will be charged R$ 6,00 per bottle (all types of drinks) and per can (all varieties of drinks) R$ 6,00;
WI-FI: Free and without password. Nets: bosque1, bosque2 or Penaterra. TIP FOOT ON EARTH: the best thing about the trip is to disconnect. Because we are located in a rural area, the signal may change;
HOUSING UNIT (UH):
Cleaning and tidying: leave your key until 11 am at the reception to clean the apartment. After this time, a service fee of R$ 30,00 will be charged. Smoking is not allowed inside the suites or apartment;
Bed linen and towels: are changed every CHECK-OUT or every 3 days. If you need to change them beforehand, the hostel charges R$ 10.00 for an additional piece, leaves the pieces on the toilet. Damage caused to the layette will be charged as a replacement;
Water and energy: make conscious use of our resources, avoiding long baths, turning off the lights, turning off the air conditioning / fan and TV when leaving the apartment. Our outlets are 110V. The showers are heated by a solar system with gas backup, and the heating time may vary;
Responsibility: you as the owner are fully responsible for your belongings / luggage. We are not responsible for damage, loss or theft. We ask that you have esteem for them. Consumption of our products will be charged at CHECK-OUT.
BICYCLES: We borrow our bikes :D Ask the reception about the rules and sign the liability waiver. We are not responsible for accidents caused during the tour, so be careful when walking around the city;
GAMES ROOM AND TV: Opening hours: from 10 am to 10 pm to ensure silence and tranquility for all guests;
COMMON AREAS: Do not spread clothes on the balconies or chairs of the inn, use the clothesline in your apartment. Damage to the building or equipment of the inn will be charged. Take care of your belongings: we are not responsible for forgotten or lost objects in the common areas of the hostel. Respect the SILENCE hours after 22h. Restricted consumption of drinks and food brought in from outside (subject to a cork fee);
ORCHARD: Feek free to harvest fruit from our trees, just make sure they are ripe to avoid waste;
SWIMMING POOL: Opening hours: from 7am to 10pm. PETS (guidelines in the PET Policy) is not allowed. It is not allowed to use oils and suntans, nor to bring food and drinks. Depth: 1.35m. Keep children always accompanied;
CHILDREN: Children between 0 and 5 years old are 100% complimentary, provided they are in the same unit as their parents or guardians. Children from 6 to 10 years old will be charged a fee. Above this age, the normal daily rate applies;
PARK: Opening hours: from 7am to 10pm. Can be used by adults and children. Children must always be accompanied to avoid accidents;
YOUR PET: There will be a RESPONSIBILITY TERM that must be signed at CHECK-IN. A maintenance fee will be charged as provided during the budget. PETS must always be on the guide and accompanied by their owners; Collect your pet's feces. Do not let your pet climb on the bed or use towels - damage caused to them will be charged for cleaning or replacement. Respect our PET Policy to ensure comfort and safety;
ADVENTURES: We schedule your favorite tours - Rafting, zip lines, cross buoy, trails, waterfalls - We have partners with the best Brotas agencies, guarantee your tours with us;
RESTAURANT:
BREAKFAST: it is being served in individual portions and accommodated in baskets, which will be carefully left at the door of the apartments between 8 am and 9 am. They must be returned by guests in our restaurant until 11 am for cleaning.
