The Dolphin Lodge is a rustic and eco-friendly hotel located in CAREIRO, 78 kilometers from MANAUS, in a preserved area where it is possible to find dolphins, birds, monkeys, caimans and other animals of the Amazon rainforest.
The hotel has been owned by a local family ever since it opened in 2005, which accounts for its reputation for friendly and attentive service.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of cancellation up to 5 days before thecheck-in, 95% of the prepayment will be returned.
In case of cancellation between 4 days before check-inand the day before the reservation, 70% of the prepayment will be refunded.
There is no refund in case of no show.

We only accept wire transfers from BrazilianBanks. We are not working with International wire transfers.

Reservation includes:
Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Transfer from the airport or hotel in Manaus to the Dolphin Lodge and return to Manaus (airport or hotel).
Guided tours according to the package booked. Language: Portuguese, English or Spanish.
Room with private bathroom.
Reservation doesn't include:
Juices for lunch and dinner, only for breakfast.
Packages don't include drinks. Drinks can be purchased at the bar, only in cash, we don't accept credit cards at the hotel.
Additional transfers.
City tour in Manaus.

Hotel in Manaus (01:00 PM) => DolphinLodge (04:00 PM). ·
Manaus airport (Pick up upon flight arrival, as long as it arrives between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM).
Transfer out:
Dolphin Lodge (08:00 AM) => Airport or Hotel in Manaus (11:00 AM).
Dolphin Lodge (10:00 AM) => Airport or Hotel in Manaus (01:00 PM).
Dolphin Lodge (01:00 PM) => Airport or Hotel in Manaus (04:00 PM).
Notes:
There is no transport at night for security reasons.
It is not allowed to stop at sights, restaurants, and other places during the transfers. Only the path described in the package willbe carried out.
Important information:
It is recommended to bring: repellent, sunglasses, hat or cap, comfortable clothes preferably dark, sneakers, sandals, long sleeve shirts and trousers for excursions at night, sunscreen, raincoat, and binoculars.
Please take the minimum luggage possible to facilitate the transfer. It is recommended to bring 10 kilos per person. You can store the excess luggage at the agency in Manaus. No charge of deposit.
There’s free Wi-Fi available only at the restaurant.
There is no phone signal in that area.
Tours are conducted in groups. The maximum of people per guide is 8. The hotel’s capacity is 30 people.
It is not possible to swim with dolphins, because they're not domesticated in that region.

The bungalow rooms are on the river only during the period of river flooding (April to August).
