Monthly rates are applicable for a minimum of 30 days continuous stay without breaks and other discounts or promotional prices/codes cannot be used in conjunction with the monthly rates provided
All guests must be registered at Reception; Upon check in - full payment is to be made via credit card, prior bank transfer or cash (room and incidentals);
Packaged breakfasts, lunches and dinners can be ordered for the guest with a small service fee; please enquire at Reception.
Free Parking is available subject to space availability at the Impala Suites Parking Areas. Guests park their vehicles at their own risks and are advised to secure their vehicles at all times.

No Smoking in All Rooms; No Pets allowed on Impala Suites premises; For safety and security reasons, dangerous goods such as those listed below, must not be carried into nor stored in the rooms nor on Impala Suite Premises: pyrotechnic material, explosives, munitions, fireworks, toy fireworks and flares, compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable or poisonous) such as butane, propane, aqualung cylinders, lighter fuels or refills, aerosols, chemical irritant aerosols, flammable liquids such as paints, thinner, adhesives, flammable solids such as "strike anywhere matches", charcoal, phosphorus and articles which are easily ignited, toxic substances, poisons such as arsenic, cyanides, insecticides, weedkillers, infectious substances such as biological products, radioactive materials, corrosive materials such as mercury (which may be contained in thermometers or blood pressure gauges), acids, alkalis and wet cell batteries, any other substances which may present a danger not covered above, such as magnetized, offensive or irritating materials.
Breakages and/or losses of room items will be charged accordingly; Late Check out charges will apply after 1100 hours. Late checkout subject to availability. 50% of daily rates applicable; Laundry is collected every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning before 8am and will be returned to the respective rooms by 5 pm the same day. No Dry cleaning items are accepted. Items that are deemed damaged may not be accepted. Compensation on claims are only up to the price of the respective laundry load. Management will determine amount of compensation within this limit. Services at Impala Suites Kalumbila may at times experience intermittent disruptions due to its remote location. The Management and team strives to provide these services without issues within its control. Management reserves the right to deny entry, product and/or services to anyone at its discretion.
By signing the registration card, the guest agrees that Impala Suites, Kalumbila is authorized to charge any damages or losses from the said apartment to the respective guest's credit card.
