In flexible rates the cancellation will be free of charge if informed up to 48 hours before check-in | If informed with less than 48 hours, will be charged a fine of 100% of the value of the first day.
For New Year´s Eve, Carnival and Rock in Rio* rates are non-refundable.

*Customers who book directly with the hostel (except for stays during Carnival, Rock in Rio and New Year's Eve) may have the amount paid reverted in creditfor usage in future reservations made within 01 year from the date of cancellation;
*These conditions apply only for bookings of up to 5 Rooms or Beds. and / or lasting up to 7nights. Conditions for groups and long stays will be negotiated individually.

About The Daily Rate
Included(Suites): breakfast, bed linen, daily cleaning, airconditioning, safedeposit box, minibar available for personal use, bathing amenities, Wi-Ficonnection, LED TV with cable channels and private bathroom with heated shower.
Included(Cabins): breakfast, bed linen, daily cleaning, airconditioning - on from 8pm to 10am -, individual lockers (padlock notincluded), Wi-Fi connection and shared bathrooms with heated shower, soap andshampoo dispenser.
* Thelodging offers 1 apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility and the availabilitymustbe checked before making the reservation.
Schedules,Entry and Exit
In casethe client wishes to anticipate the check in or extend the time of check out,it must communicate previously with the attendance team, check if there isavailability and pay 50% of the value of the current rate for the use of theaccommodation;
If thecheck-out is not carried out until the scheduled time and the reception team isnot informed, a new rate will be charged on the credit card used as guaranteein the reservation. If the accommodation has a new reservation, Villa 25reserves the right to remove the belongings of the guests to release thehousing unit;
We donot guarantee availability for early check-in and / or late check-out;
Theguest can use the areas of the restaurant, lounge, bathrooms and luggage room ofVilla 25 outside the start and end times of the daily;
The continentalbreakfast buffet is served from 07:00 to 10:00 hours;The swimmingpool is open from 09:00 to 21:00 for use only with swimwear; Children should beaccompanied by those responsible. For safety reasons, you will not be allowedto run in the pool area, jump or use bottles or glass cups. Villa 25 reservesthe right to close the pool for maintenance at any time;
We donot guarantee the choice of a particular room, or cabin bed. However, the requestswill be registered and will have preference to be attended according toavailability;
Theshared rooms have high ceilings and all the cabins are in 3 structure bunk bedsformat. In case the guest has any difficulty in accessing the highest bed, youmust inform your bed preference at the time of booking, although it is notpossible to guarantee it;
We donot guarantee the accommodation of all the guests of the same reservation inthe same shared room.
Childrenand Minors
According to article 82 and 250 of the Brazilian Statute of the Child and the Adolescent (Law nº 8.069 / 1990, with the wording given by Law no. 12.038 / 2009), it isforbidden to host children or adolescents under 18 years old without the presentationof the Birth certificate or legal document with photo showing the parents'names. For non-direct descendants, an authorization of both parents, recognizedin a notary's office, must be presented. This is a federal law and thisestablishment will enforce it.
We accommodate children only in our private suites. Up to 1 child will becomplimentary if up to 6 years old.
Accommodations
Theminibar in the suites will not be stocked with sale items, it is only forguests' use. By default, it will be under minimum temperature;
Thecabins of the shared rooms are identified by letters. The reserved unit will beinformed at the time of check-in. If you wish to change your bed you must askthe reception and it will be subject to availability. Bed change withoutauthorization is strictly forbidden. Villa 25 reserves the right to cancel thereservation of guests who disregard this rule.
Extras Taxes
In caseof non-return of the magnetic card of access to the accommodation, sheets,towels, pillows and blankets the guest will be charged according to the currenttable;
Theguest assumes that Villa 25 is a 100% non-smoking lodging, if it is detectedthat the person smoked in the accommodation, an extra cleaning fee will becharged.
Hostel Policy
All extra guests must be registered at the reception. If it has not been listed andinformed at the time of booking, a fee of 50% of the stay will be charged;
Villa25 reserves the right not to allow the stay of guests who cause inconvenienceto other clients, who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who damagethe company's assets;
Smokingis not allowed in the accommodations of the Villa 25 Hostel & Suites;
It isnot allowed to drink alcoholic beverages excessively, to smoke or to useillicit drugs in dependencies of the Villa 25 Hostel & Suites;
It isnot allowed to market consumer goods and services of third parties in thepremises of Villa 25;
It isnot allowed to hang towels, clothes and personal belongings in common areas. Weprovide clothesline at the first and second floor;
It isforbidden the stay of animals in this establishment;
Werequest compliance with the Law of Silence (state law No. 126/1977);
Weprovide safe box in the suites and individual lockers in the cabins (padlockapart), therefore we are not responsible for values or personal objects.
