Property and Cancelation Policies :
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. With a 31 day advance notice you may transfer your deposit to another weekend but any less than 31 days you will forfeit your full $125.00 deposit amount.
Terms and Conditions
YOUR SPACE in Crop Room: each guest receives ONE six foot table and the limited space under that table. Do NOT bring extra tables. We also provide your own scrapbook light, mat, and cup holder at each table. Please be considerate and plan ahead with your packing so you do not encroach on other guest’s space.
Private Scrap Area for two: We have a room located next to the crop room for two guests, you may book this private area ahead of time, or it is first come first serve. This room is located in the snack area.
Valet Service: available from 3:45 to 5:30 p.m. this is a service that REQUIRES TIPPING. If you choose to use his service please remember to TIP him accordingly. He will carry your bags from your car to the crop room and even deliver your suitcase to your guest room. You can come in, get familiar with the house, sign-up for spa services and even begin shopping in our store.
Parking: Please drive in groups when possible, we have limited parking in our driveways, the valet will put extra cars in overflow parking on Riverside if necessary. DO NOT PARK BY THE RIVER!!
FOOD ALLERGIES: If you have a food allergy, or any special needs we NEED to know each time BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!! We are not a restaurant and do not have a variety of food on hand. Also if you are Gluten free we ask that you bring your own favorite kind of bread, we will provide gluten free pasta if a meals calls for it. Please check our menu located online, and feel free to bring any food you would like to substitute at any meals.
We now have a KEURIG MACHINE in the Snack Area and Slumber Party Suite so if you have a favorite brew make sure to bring your cups. We do provide regular and decaf coffee.
CROP ROOM SEATING: On some weekends seating will be assigned to make sure all groups are able to sit with their friends. Groups of 2 can request the private scrap area on a first come first serve basis. If you are a group of 2 you may be seated in this area to make room for all groups. Please be understanding in this matter as we try to make everyone comfortable and able to enjoy the weekend with the friends in your group.
You can add Thursday to your weekend at the rate of $85.00. Check in is at 4PM, and comes with breakfast Friday morning. THERE IS NO EARLY CHECK IN ON THURSDAY AS I DO GROCERY SHOPPING AND WE ARE STILL GETTING THE HOUSE READY, 4PM IS THE EARLIEST YOU CAN CHECK IN ON THURSDAY!!

Remember you can sign-up for Spa Services when you arrive. You can now use your Auto Withdraw Funds toward your Spa Services. Massage Services are to be paid directly to the Massage Therapist.
CHECK IN IS AT 4PM (unless you have made other arrangements). You can check in early on Friday at the rate of $5.00 per hour per person. PLEASE SIGN THE EARLY SIGN IN SHEET IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE 4PM ON FRIDAY.
Valet Service will be available Thursday and Friday from 3:55 p.m. to 5:45pm, and Sunday 2PM to 4PM. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT VALET SERVICE REQUIRES TIPPING. Check out is BY 4PM on Sunday. Please be courteous of our staff and have all your belongings packed and removed no later than 4pm.
