Cancellation Policy(EMBRATUR STANDARD No. 387)Embratur Normative Resolution No. 387, which provides for the Accommodation Regulation, establishes that accommodation and accommodation reservation agreements must be substantiated by written documents, ie, exchange of messages, e-mails or correspondence between those responsible for the lodging facilities and the guest or contracting tourism agent. Terms and Conditions

13-We do not have an electric power generator, therefore any power outages due to problems of the concessionaire are not our responsibility. 14-The Pousada is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, on the border of the city with the National Park of Itatiaia, even following faithfully the protocols of disinestimation and control of pests, it may occur presence of insects and domestic animals or not, reason why the Pousada can not be held responsible.
15-It is not allowed to take food from the cafeteria.

Check in - Check out
1- Check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00.2- Payment for accommodation is made at check in.3- In case of non-compliance with check-out time without prior agreement, 50% of one night's fine will be charged.4- Breakfast: from 8:30 to 10:30 (standard time), if necessary, ask the Reception before 7 pm of the previous day, to be served from 7am.5- Time of quietness from 21:00 to 10:00 in the morning.6- The quiet time must be respected in all environments, especially the game room, and under 12 years only accompanied by parents.7- The use of the Sauna must be requested to the reception to be turned on between 17:20 and 21:00. Note: The sauna is currently under maintenance.8- The use of the whirlpool heated from 17:20:00 follows schedule made by the reception.
