Rates, taxes & stay:
- Our check-in time is from 3 pm onwards.
- Our final rates include a 10% service fee.
- A tax of 18% (IGV) must be paid additionally, only by Peruvians and Residents, this tax is not included in the final rate. This amount will be charged at check-in. If there is a case in which in a room there is a Peruvian and someone from abroad, 18% of IGV must be charged.
- Our rates are per night/per room, have in mind the maximum capacity of our rooms when booking. Rates are shown in US dollars.
- All passengers must register properly at check-in, they must show a passport or ID. In the case of people coming from abroad, they must show the document with which they entered the country.
- Parents traveling alone with children must show the necessary permits. The minimum age to register at the hotel is 15 years.
- Our hotel is not pet friendly, no pets are allowed.

- All bookings must be paid entirely at check-in, or a pre-authorization for the amount of the booking must be made
Facilities
- Our hotel has free parking, the space is limited and the availability is based on a first come first served basis.
- The opening hours of our pool are from 09:00 am to 06:00pm. No diving, eating, or drinking in the pool is allowed. The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. We do not offer day-use packages.
- We have kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use for free. To book them guests must go to the front desk, we have 01-hour slots from 07 am to noon. Have in mind that due to weather conditions (high winds), this service might be canceled on occasion for our guests' safety. All guests wanting to practice this watersport must fill out a consent form and wear Lifevest.
- Our restaurant and bar Los Iqueños is open from Thursday to Monday from noon until 10 pm. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we have our resto-bar menu available from noon until 3 pm.
