Property and Cancelation Policies :
After making your payment, you have:
> UP TO 7 DAYS: to change or cancel your reservation FREE OF CHARGE and receive a 100% refund.
> AFTER 7 DAYS: the refund will be partial (except holidays):
- Cancellations and changes requested up to 15 days before the check-in date:
- 70% refund of the amount paid OR
- 100% credit (valid for 12 months, from the date of the cancellation request).
- Cancellations and changes less than 15 days in advance:
- No right to a refund, only a 60% credit of the amount paid (valid for 12 months, from the date of the cancellation request).
- Cancellations and changes made up to 90 days before the check-in date: 100% credit (valid for 12 months, from the date of the cancellation request).
- Cancellations and changes less than 90 days before the check-in date: no right to credits.
This cancellation policy is supported by Articles 21 of Law No. 11,771/2008 and 6 of Law No. 8,078/1990, especially as regards the respective paragraph III. In respect of the principle of transparency, the relationship between refund or credit of the amount paid is hereby informed.
Terms and Conditions
No Use of Alcoholic Beverages and Intoxicating Substances:
During your visit to Unah Piracanga, the use of alcohol, narcotics, marijuana, or any other mind-altering substances is not permitted. This agreement is very important for the work we do here.
Exclusive Use of Biodegradable Products:
Here, all the water we use is treated by natural sanitation systems that do not allow for the treatment of chemicals. Therefore, it is only possible to use hygiene and cosmetic products that are 100% biodegradable, natural, and non-toxic. You will receive a free basic hygiene kit upon arrival (shampoo, soap, and toothpaste).
Children:
They are very welcome! Unah is a wonderful place for children to explore and connect with nature and other children who live here.
Our pricing policy is based on age:
- Up to 3 years old: free (sleeping in bed with parents)
- Ages 4 to 10: reduced price (50% off)
- Ages 11 and up: adult price
