RULES OF PROCEDURE
Check-in must be performed between 1pm and 10pm by showing a photo identification document, filling out the book of records and paying 100% of the value in cash, debit or credit (we do not work with installments or checks)
Check-out should take place by noon. If you need to, you can leave your bags at the reception, but if you want to take a shower or use the kitchen, we charge a fee of R$15. To continue in the room, availability must be checked and paid the equivalent of half-day. If you wish to extend your stay, you must request at the reception and make the payment before noon.
Breakfast time is from 7am to 10am. Due we are a low-cost lodging, breakfast is courtesy of the hostel consisting of fruits, bread, margarine, coffee, milk, biscuits and juice. If you arrive before check-in time and you want an extra breakfast, you will be charged the amount of R$5.
Guanaani offers the kitchen and its utensils for all guests. Each one is responsible for cleaning and organizing what they use. Please, tag your belongings and just consume whatever you own. When storing something in the refrigerator, you should use the transparent bags available and not supermarket bags. When you check-out, don´t leave food back; if you want to donate what is left, put it in the drawer below the fridge.
For consideration to other guests, avoid making noise after 10pm. In the room, place your phone in silent mode and avoid turning on the light when other people are sleeping.
Do not walk wearing a towel or without clothes through the hostel. Lock the door when using the bathroom. Do not throw toilet paper or other hygienic products into the toilet.
Bed linen is included in the value of the payment. Guanaani charges a fee of R$5.00 for the rental of bath towels. If you stay longer, every 5 days you can request the change of bed linen. It is not allowed to use sleeping bag on the bed, lie down without sheet or on the floor.
Free wifi is available. The hostel does not offer access to the computer in the reception.
It is not allowed to drink, eat or receive visits in the rooms. Use the living room, balcony, and outdoor areas. Smoking is only allowed in the tent area.
If you want to consume anything from the bar, please request at the reception. Payment must be made at the time of consumption. We do not open tabs.
It is strictly forbidden to carry or consume illegal drugs in the Hostel. If you insist, you will be expelled and the amount paid is not returned
The guest must keep his belongings always organized. The Hostel is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged objects.
If you identify any suspicious behavior from another guest or visitor, please immediately inform the reception.
