Terms and Conditions
1) Pre-booking provides basic information about guests and period of stay at the inn. Pre-booking does NOT automatically guarantee your reservation.
2) The reservation will only be confirmed by means of an advance deposit of at least 50% of the value of the package.
3) After making the reservation deposit, it is essential to send the receipt to the reservation center via e-mail (reservas@villasiriguela.com.br) so that the reservation is guaranteed.
4) The pre-booking is automatically canceled if the credit referring to the reservation has not occurred within the agreed period, in which case check the availability of space again before making the deposit.
5) Our check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00 and the check-out from 08:00 to 12:00.
6) If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, we ask that you inform us through our communication channels.
7) We cannot guarantee the continuity of accommodation, in addition to that provided by the guest during the reservation, if there is another reservation made for the specific period or apartment.
8) The guest's stay in the apartment after the check-out expires will result in the charge of a new daily rate. The closing of the daily rate takes place when the room key is handed over.
9) Children from 6 years old pay additional. If there are doubts about age, a supporting document may be requested.
10) In case of early departure of the contracted rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
