We offer new, spacious accommodations without the conventional style hotel. When you arrive at SoLo Suites, you will not find a checkin desk or concierge. Once your room is booked, we email your checkin information. You will receive our address, your room number with your door code, WiFi instructions and parking information. It's that simple!
At SoLo Suites you will be welcomed to Langford, steps from the city centre. You will experience a variety of restaurants, shops and local attractions close by.
The rooms at SoLo Suites have either king or queen beds. Our cleaning specialists will prepare your room to make your stay comfortable and just like home. All rooms have air conditioning and heat pumps, cable TV, WiFi, 4-piece bathroom ( toilet, sink, tub/shower combo), dishes, linens, towels, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ... everything you need to make your stay with us easy and convenient.

Monthly reservations’ cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Weekly Reservations (6 nights and above):
Weekly reservations’ cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 72 hours before arrival.
Note: After check-in, there will be no amendments or refund.
Terms and Conditions
Check in: Check-in time is 3:00pm. Let us know your arrival time in case you require an earlier check in. We will do our best to have your room ready.
Check out: Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you plan a later check out kindly let us know your departure time, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice prior to arrival/or no shows will be subject to one night stay plus taxes.
Damages to the property: SoLo Suites reserves the right to charge the guest the cost of rectifying damages caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests of the hotel's property or structure. Should the damages be noticed directly after the guests' departure, SoLo Suites reserved the right to charge the guests' credit card. We will however, make every effort to rectify the damages prior to any charges to the guests credit cards.
This includes: Smoking in rooms ($200 per penalty/per incident.) There are designated smoking areas, which include the 6th floor roof top balcony and the main floor court yard. Smoking includes tobacco, cannabis and vapour products. Please dispose of all butts in designated ashtrays.
Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages: SoLo Suites reserves the right to charge a guest $200 penalty for anyone found drinking on hotel property, in public areas which includes stairs, walkways, parking garages, and in the courtyard or on the roof top balcony.
Removal of Hotel Property: SoLo Suites reserves the right to charge the guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the property without concern. Should SoLo Suites notice that there is an item missing after the guest checks out, we reserve the right to charge the guests credit card for the full amount.
Noise: Please respect your neighbour; we have a quiet time from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Pets: Please notify the hotel prior to arrival when bringing a pet. Guests who do not request a pet friendly suite upon booking cannot be guaranteed one upon arrival. The owner of the pet accepts full responsibility and liability for any damage or harm caused by their pet while on hotel premises. Pets exhibiting aggressive behaviour towards other pets or guests will be asked to vacate. The pet owner recognized that the hotel assumes no liability for any injury suffered by the pet while on hotel property.
Pets must be house-trained. Please make sure pets are kept off the beds and all furniture. Additional cleaning charges will be applied if required. All pet litter must be disposed of appropriately by the owner - If you have a pet, please pick up and dispose of all droppings in the garbage dumpster. Pets must be on leash or in a crate while in all common areas on property. The common areas include: parkades, hallways/corridors, smoking areas, rooftop patio, sidewalks, and elevators. Please do not leave your pet unattended in your suite. If the hotel must provide compensation to other guests due to any disturbances from your pet, you will be responsible for the associated charges. For the safety of our team members and the comfort of your pet, employees will not enter a guest room while a pet is in it and the property will not be liable for any missed cleaning as a result.
Office Hours: Office hours are from 09:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Sunday. The office is located in Suite #103. Our cell phone is on 24/7 for emergency only.
Parking: Parking at SoLo Suites is free! Two parking lots are available, one off Goldstream Ave and the second off Grainger. There are no assigned stalls. All vehicle(s) must be registered with the office. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. SoLo Suites shall not assume responsibility or liability of any vehicle occupants or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after a guest has departed without written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owners expense. There are to be NO vehicle repairs on hotel premises.
WiFi - Access to WiFi is free to registered guests. The hotel WiFi access codes are subject to change with our notice. WiFI signals are subject to change without notice depending on our rooms location, the status of the WiFi and interference from other WIFi signals.
In Case of an Emergency: Please notify the office, Suite 103, or call 250 882 7178. Emergency information can also be found in your room manual. Langford is a 911 serviced community. Police - Fire - Ambulance.
Fire Safety: The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire safety information is also in your room manual, and emergency procedures are posted on the door of each room. Please review this important information.
Lost and Found: SoLo Suites assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left something behind of value to you, please call us immediately at 250 882 7178. We will try to assist you in locating your lost item
