Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival at the Hostel (check-in).
After this period, the reservation payment will be lost.
Cancellation of confirmed reservations must be requested by the same means of communication used to make the reservation.
The Hostel will apply the following deadline for the cancellation, change or advance of confirmed reservations:
1. Up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, the full amount will be refunded
2. 15 (fifteen) days in advance of the accommodation, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
No show:
The failure to appear on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the time of the expected check-in. After this period, it will be cancelled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), and the accommodation will be made available to other guests. There will be no refund of the amount paid.
Renouncement:
The renouncement of the stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason, you will not be entitled to any kind of refund, cash refund or credit, resulting in a total loss of the amount paid for the room or accommodation package.
Date change:
The deadline for changing the date is 15 days prior to the check-in date. For the change of a booking date already confirmed, it is necessary that you contact us by the same means of communication used to make the reservation with the Hostel to check availability for the new period. No transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between rates for one period and another.
Other Considerations:
The guest is asked to carefully read all cancellation policies. With confirmed payment it will be understood that the guest agrees to all the terms specified in our policy.
Internal Policies:
A. Sending a quote does not mean booking confirmation. The reservation will be considered confirmed only after payment of 50%.
B. Check-in time after 2 pm and check-out time until 12 pm.
C. The hostel has 100% non-smoking rooms. If a smoke signal is identified in the accommodations, it will be charged an extra fee for cleaning and deodorizing the room, in the amount of R$ 150.00 per day.
D. Any property damage caused by the guest as well as loss or damage to items borrowed or belonging to the Hostel's accommodation, will be charged to the amount of the repurchase price determined by the hostel.
E. We do not accept pets.
Coronavirus:
We recommend that you consider the risks of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and government measures associated with it for bookings made after 6 April 2020. If you don't book a flexible rate, you may not be entitled to a refund. Your cancellation request will be processed by us based on the chosen policy and consumer law laws, if applicable. In times of uncertainty, we recommend booking an option with a free cancellation. If your plans change, you can cancel for free until the end of the free cancellation period.
