No show:
The failure to appear on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the time of the expected check-in. After this period, it will be cancelled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), and the accommodation will be made available to other guests. There will be no refund of the amount paid.
Renouncement:
The renouncement of the stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason, you will not be entitled to any kind of refund, cash refund or credit, resulting in a total loss of the amount paid for the room or accommodation package.
Date change:
The deadline for changing the date is 30 days prior to the check-in date. For the change of a booking date already confirmed, it is necessary that you contact us by the same means of communication used to make the reservation with the Hostel to check availability for the new period. No transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between rates for one period and another.
Other Considerations:
The guest is asked to carefully read all cancellation policies. With confirmed payment it will be understood that the guest agrees to all the terms specified in our policy.
Internal Policies:
A. Sending a quote does not mean booking confirmation. The reservation will be considered confirmed only after payment of 50%.
B. Check-in time after 2 pm and check-out time until 12 pm.
C. Any property damage caused by the guest as well as loss or damage to items borrowed or belonging to the Hostel's accommodation, will be charged to the amount of the repurchase price determined by the hostel.
D. We do not accept pets.

Reception
- Hours of operation: 9 am to 9 pm
- Please inform at check-in when check-out is required after reception hours or if you need assistance from reception outside these hours.
- Please do not enter the reception area. Place allowed only for staff access.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2 pm
- Check-out: until 12 pm
- Check-in before check-in time or check-out after check-out time is charged. Inquire at reception.
Visitors
- Visiting time: 11am to 9 pm
- Quantity: maximum 2 visitors per person
- Visitors are only allowed in common areas (courtyard, living room, bathroom next to reception). They are not allowed to access the bedroom areas. The use of the kitchen and barbecue area is not allowed. Please do not insist. In the case of private rooms, it is possible to pay the extra guest fee for the accommodation and thus be able to enjoy the hostel.
Drinks / Bar
- Drinks purchased outside the hostel cannot be consumed inside the hostel (except water). There is a bar in the hostel and you can have drinks during your stay and pay at check-out.
- Please do not enter the bar. Place allowed only for staff access.
Laundry
- Laundry service includes soap, washing and drying. It is made (or assisted) by the staff and costs R$40.00. Please notify the laundry service in advance. A day earlier, if possible.
- If you take the clothes horse to the bedroom please put it back in the area after use.
Broken objects
- Any broken object (cups, plates, glass, windows, etc.) will be charged the value referring to the original value of the object to be replaced.
Kitchen & Barbecue area
- Please clean the place and objects used. Dirty utensils, stove, countertop, sink and/or floor will incur a cleaning fee of R$30.00.
- If you take items from the kitchen to the bedroom, please put them back in the kitchen after use. Other guests will want to use them too.
- Check the possibility of using the barbecue area at reception.
General information
- Please remember that you are sharing the room with other guests. Respect each one's space. Avoid making noise after 10pm.
- It is prohibited to smoke inside the room. Breaking the rule will result in an extra cleaning fee of R$150.00.
- Please do not throw anything in the toilet.
- The loss of the key will incur a fee of R$50.00.
