Take advantage of comfortable single, double and family rooms on the picturesque and peaceful Cliff College site, just below Curbar Edge and next to the river Derwent.All of our rooms are en-suite, with towels and soap provided. Free wi-fi and parking are available onsite. We also provide a complimentary hospitality tray with a selection of teas and coffees. We provide a great breakfast to start your day which may include cereals and porridge, hot breakfast baps, pastries and fruit alongside a range of coffee and teas. Occasionally we will be unable to provide this full range and you will be offered a self-catering and/or takeaway breakfast option. Our chefs are very happy to respond to your dietary requirements – just let us have the details when you book. Breakfast is served in our main dining room, Chadwick's, a short stroll from the accommodation.

No minimum nights booking required. The prices quoted are for bed and breakfast only as a package; there is no reduction in price if breakfast is not taken. The rate charged is per room, not per person, and is subject to change at short notice. Accommodation will be allocated within a building of our choice in the Cliff College Conference Centre, dependent on other bookings. External areas of the site are monitored by CCTV for your safety and comfort.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Please see our cancellation policy for full details of refunds and reservation transfers.
Cliff College has a site-wide no smoking and no alcohol policy. Guests who are found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately and will not be eligible for a refund.
Check-in is from 4:30pm; bedrooms must be vacated by 10am on departure day. Breakfast is taken in Chadwick's Refectory, a short stroll from the accommodation. Onsite parking is free for the duration of your stay. Rooms are not serviced daily for multi-night bookings; please ask at Reception if you have a particular request. Please inform us immediately after making your booking if you have any accessibility requirements so we can ensure you are accommodated in an appropriate room.
