Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellations made after the payments indicated above will be subject to a 100% penalty of the reservation.
- No refunds apply.
- However, you can reschedule your trip if you inform us 7 or more days in advance, without any fines or penalties.
Terms and Conditions
- At the time of booking we will charge 10% of the total. This prepayment is non-refundable.
- The remaining 90% will be charged 7 days before check-in.
- Flight Itinerary: To qualify for our free transportation, you must be in Iquitos before 9:00 am, and for the last day, your flight must be after 5:00 pm.
- As the boat space is limited, please bring only necessary jungle gear (1 backpack per person). Extra luggage can be left at the Muyuna office in Iquitos at no additional cost.
- Children from 0 - 2 years old stay free of charge. We accept one per Bungalow
- Children from 3 to 11 years old pay 50% from adult's rate of the selected package.
- Travelers must complete the information requested by our reservations team at the specified time, as this will allow us to organize and provide personalized attention.
