Guest(s) will be charged the full amount of stay at check-in unless another arrangement has been made with management.
Guest(s) remaining in their room after 2PM on day of departure will be charged for another night's lodging plus tax.
If Guest(s) do not show up for their reservation, they will be charged the first night's lodging plus tax.
Pets are not allowed in rooms. Guests found to have animals in their room will be evicted with no refund. Damage to rooms caused by animals will incur a $500 fee.
Smoke is not allowed in rooms, including but not limited to cigarettes, vape products, pipes, incense and candles. If evidence of smoking is found in the room, guest(s) will be evicted and charged a $500 fee.
An Incidentals Fee of $500 is to be charged in the event of damaged hotel property or an amount equal to the cost of repairs. Keys not returned to the Key Dropbox or Front Desk will incur a charge of $20 per set.
The Jamestown Hotel does not claim responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the hotel room or guest(s) vehicle.
