Cancellation & No Show
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 before reservation check in date. If guest is a no show up they will be charged full price of the reservation. Upon check in reservation total is not refundable. Rate is non refundable in the case that the guest must checkout early for personal reasons. 
Smoking in Rooms: 
All of our rooms are non smoking. Any guests who smokes in the room will incur a $250 charge.
Pets: 
We do not allow pets. Any guest who brings their pet into the rooms will not be refunded their $150 security deposit and may face additional fees depending on severity of damages to the room. 
Service animals are permitted but must have proper documentation. 
Check in: 
Check in hours are from 3pm until 9pm. Guests are required to check in between these hours or to call our front desk and make arraignments with the front desk for a late check in. Guests who do not do so will be marked as a no show. 
Parking: 
Parking is free but may be limited. Guests are required to display their parking passes in their cars. If not displayed the guest faces a risk to be towed at their own expense. The property is not responsible for fees associated with guests being towed. 
Terms & Conditions: 
Guests who are found to be excessively loud, disturbing other guests or staff, or violent towards guests or staff will be removed from the property and will not be given a refund. 
We reserve the right to refuse service. 
Dispute Resolution/Problems/ Refund Requests/ Inquiring: 
All above must be done in writing either via the booking engine used by guest or in writing via email to reservations@aventuraontheocean.com 
Minimum Age to Book: 
Guests must be 21+ to reserve a room and stay at the property.
