Encuentro Guadalupe consists of minimal building space engulfed in a mediterranean landscape, an amalgamation of steel, glass and wood, each loft sits perched above ground with a unique view of the surrounding region.
Our hotel features a main building, vineyards, winery, 20 eco-lofts, two restaurants, jacuzzi and an infinite pool. The property drapes the Valle de Guadalupe’s hillside in Mexican wine country, a 90 minute drive south from San Diego, CA.
Guests can enjoy the stunning views from their private decks, sit under a blanket of stars, and sip regional wines while being warmed by a wood-fired chimenea.
The cabins are minimal and understated, yet detailed with modern comfort and deluxe touches. Monochromatic and with an edited selection of furnishings, they provide comfortable spaces for retreat.

- ENCUENTRO GUADALUPE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prevention Policy against COVID-19 infections:
- To gain access to our establishment, the use of a mask is mandatory.
- The mask can only be removed when you are consuming food and drinks, when you are inside the pool or jacuzzi and finally, when you are inside your room.
- Upon entering our Hotel, our security guard will take your temperature and that of your companions.
- Please notify the Reception team of any symptoms you may present.
- Use our different points with access to antibacterial gel, without forgetting to wash your hands with soap whenever you can.
- In case you do not have a mask, it is possible to request a mask from the Front Desk team.
- All our staff is 100% committed to wearing the mouth cover correctly.
Registration hours policies:·
Check in: Starts at 3:00 pm.
Check out: 12:00 pm.
Late Check Out: (1:00 pm): 25% of the total amount for each room.
After 3:00PM the total price of 1 night will be charged.
Security deposit: in the check-in process, a charge of the amount of 1 night will be charged directly to guarantee your reservation.
Security Deposit for Incidentals: At the time of check in, a retention will be made on a credit card or cash (No Debit). This amount is for $150 dlls per night and per room, it will be canceled at the end of your stay.
Massage Service: Our Hotel has its own massage service, access to external services is not allowed.
Reservation cancellation policies:
30 days before arrival date, 90% refundable.
29-15 days before arrival date, 50% refundable.
14-0 days before arrival date, no refund applies.If your reservation is rescheduled, the right to reimbursement is lost regardless of the anticipation of the date.In case of international refunds, a bank commission of $40 USD will be charged.

Parking: we have enough parking space inside the property, in case of being a reservation derived from an event and if so required by the logistics of the event, you will be informed through the corresponding organizer.

Hours of our facilities:Restaurant/Bar “TOBA” in pool and jacuzzi area 8:00 am– 8:00 pm.
It is important to remember that the rooms do not have a minibar or refrigerator.
Drinks: in all rooms the courtesy of 4 bottles of natural water is provided. If you want additional water it will be charged to your room.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner: they are not included in the price of the room. It may be charged to the room or pay at the restaurant.
Our Hotel does not offer room service of any kind.
Pool and Jacuzzi: The use of the pool facilities is from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. The pool towels are in the lounge area and can be requested from the staff on duty, which must be returned at the end of their use within the designated area. The use of the pool is at your own risk, since we do not have lifeguards. The company is not responsible for accidents that occur during your stay. The use of glass within this area is strictly prohibited. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE POOL.
Fireplaces: if you require the use of fire pits and bundles of firewood, please notify the reception staff. The staff on duty will be the only one authorized to turn it on and off according to the protocol to avoid accidents.
Pets: welcome upon request. The conditions of stay are as follows, each owner must be responsible for the care and cleaning of their pets, it is strictly prohibited to leave pets alone during their stay in the room, they must be on a leash at all times and they must be supervised by the owners. The price for admission of your pet is $ 50 USD per stay. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE POOL.
Visitors: visitors are not allowed to enter the hotel for the use of the pool facilities and / or rooms, they will be able to visit it in areas open to the public such as lobby , without the right to spend the night in the property.
Cleaning of the rooms: the rooms are cleaned daily, for the responsible use of resources, in case you require a white laundry service (sheets and towels) you must notify the reception staff. If you carry valuables, for your safety you must keep them in the safe in your room.
Keys: these will be delivered by the reception staff upon check-in, in case your key is lost, a fine of $ 5.00 USD will be considered for its replacement. In the case of eco and master keys, the fine is considered to be $ 30.00 USD for each key.
Service staff: cleaning service included.
Tips: Not included, are considered at the discretion of the guest.
Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited in rooms. This to reduce the risk of forest fires in the area and by indication of the competent authority, in case of incurring this action within the restricted areas, a fine of $ 500.00 USD will be considered.
