We love food. We`ll do our best to treat you with wonderful Indonesian dishes and are constantly working on our menu. Of course all our vegetarian and vegan friends are welcome as well. We also love Burgers and Pizza but in Poki Poki we focus on the rich Indonesian cuisine. For us this is a big part of your traveling experience, which we don´t want you to miss.

ELECTRICITY
Please be aware that electricity in our hotel is available only during the evening hours, from 6 PM to 11 PM. This limited availability is because we are not connected with a land line.For safety reasons, there are no electrical sockets in the guest rooms. However, we provide charging facilities in our restaurant area for your electronic devices.

Introduction
Poki Poki is a small retreat located remotely, where phone and internet connection can be unreliable. This may make it challenging to contact our ground staff for short-notice communication.
Our Philosophy
Our primary goal is to ensure guest satisfaction. We believe that clear and transparent communication about how Poki Poki operates is essential to achieving this. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully read the following terms and conditions applicable to all bookings at Poki Poki.
Love and Respect
Guests are expected to behave appropriately and respect the hotel's property, staff, and other guests. This includes adhering to our policies regarding conduct, health, and safety. Disruptive behavior or failure to respect others may result in refusal of accommodation or services, and the offending party may be asked to leave the hotel. In such cases, no refund for lost accommodation or other services will be provided.
Non-Discrimination Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination in any form. We expect all guests and staff to treat each other with kindness and respect.
Property and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations should be communicated to us as early as possible. Booking payments are 75% refundable if cancellations are made at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival date. Booking payments are 50% refundable if cancellations are made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Severance
Early departures from Poki Poki are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at Poki Poki on the booked arrival date without prior notification is considered a 'No Show'. In this case, your payment is non-refundable, and we cannot guarantee your room for subsequent days.
Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on our website and booking system include government taxes and service charges. The rates cover three meals, drinking water, coffee and tea. Payments at Poki Poki must be made in local currency (IDR). Due to unreliable internet connectivity, we cannot process credit card or online payments at the resort.
Payment and Check-In/Check-Out Procedures
In order to place a booking a booking payment is required upon reservation. After a successful transaction, we will provide a booking confirmation. Guests must present this confirmation, either in print or digital form, upon arrival.
Traveling with Minors
Guests of all ages are welcome at Poki Poki. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 0-3 stay for free, while special rates apply for children aged 4-13, as detailed in the booking process.
Accessibility and Special Needs
While the resort is not accessible by road and may not be suitable for guests with wheelchairs or severe physical limitations, we strive to accommodate guests with various needs. Please contact us before booking to discuss possible accommodations.
Dispute Resolution and Feedback
We encourage open communication to address any concerns during your stay. Our accommodations are simple, surrounded by nature, with the jungle and ocean in close proximity. Please make sure to double-check with us if we are able to cater your expectations if you are unsure before booking.
Use of Personal Information
Your personal data is used solely for booking and feedback purposes and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Liability
The hotel is not liable for theft or injuries on the premises but will assist in resolving any incidents. Please lock your personal valuables in the provided vault at the front desk upon check-in.
Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable or offer compensation for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.
