Designed for the adventurous traveller, these pods widen the choice for visitors coming to Watchet and the West Country.

Payment
Payment can be made when you check-out. If this is not possible then we will take payment remotely using the details you provided when booking.
Special Tariff
Special Tariffs apply for Christmas and New Year when we sometimes offer special packages. Easter bookings (Good Friday to Easter Monday) will be charged at their own rate. Special offers and tariffs cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, and require full (non-refundable) payment in advance.
Covid
The health and wellbeing of our guests and staff are extremely important to us, and we would like to reassure you that we are closely following all Public Health guidelines in relation to the Corona virus. In addition to our usual high standards of housekeeping we are paying extra attention to all high contact surfaces, and encouraging the use of masks within the public areas of East Quay building.
Cancellation
Throughout the year, bookings made online or over the phone on flexible rates require a credit card guarantee to secure the booking.We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and require notification of cancellation by email or phone. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking date we will have to charge for the first night booked. As the cancellation window will have closed,this amount is non-refundable. In the event of a non-arrival and nonotification, we reserve the right to charge for the full booking amount. Please contact reception for information on our group cancellation policy as it differs from the above. Due to high demand, bookings made for the Christmas period, New Year and Easter are subject to a £200 deposit per room.
Charges and VAT
All room prices are VAT inclusive (20% VAT). We have no additional service charge (excluding some special breaks).
Check in and checkout
Rooms will usually be ready by 3:00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that on your day of departure you check out by 11:00am.
Liability of the guest
Guests are liable for and shall indemnify East Quay for any acts or omissions by the guest (whether or not intentional) which resultsin damage to the accommodation, including but not limited to, damage caused as a result of negligence, deliberate damage or recklessness. Guests are liable for the cost of replacing any items which they remove from the premises without East Quay’s consent. In the event that we become aware of damage to property or loss of possessions after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests’ credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the relevant amount to the guest which shall be payable with 15 days of the date of invoice. Acting without due regard for your own safety may mean that you are not covered by our Public Liability cover.
Parking
We do not offer on-site car parking. There is a pay and display car park next to East Quay.
Pets
We do not accept pets within the pods. Only guide/assistance dogs are allowed.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Therewill be a minimum £60.00 penalty for non-compliance.
Standards of Behaviour
Guests must adhere to policies and procedures implemented by East Quay. Policies include but are not limited to health and safety, and security procedures. Guests must not bring any illegal or hazardous substancesinto the building. Please be mindful of other guests and residents of Watchet in relation to noise inside and outside your pod. No barbeques are allowed inside or outside your pod. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If staying overnight children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. All bookings must be made by persons over the age of 18. Management have the right to refuse to servealcohol, and/or require a guest to leave the premises when they believe the guest to be behaving in an unacceptable manner. East Quay shall not be liable to pay any compensation or make any refund to a guest in these circumstances. Should the guest accept the offer of East Quay to provide the services, the guest and East Quay shall be bound by these conditions of the mutual promises and undertakings which are contained within these conditions.
