Terms and Conditions Policy - The Rundle Suites

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at The Rundle Suites Hotel. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Reservation and Check-In:1.1. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.1.2. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.1.3. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 
2. Payment and Charges:2.1. All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.2.2. Payment is due at the time of check-in. We accept major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.2.3. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.2.4. Additional charges may apply for services such as minibar consumption, room service, damages, or any other incidental charges incurred during your stay.
3. Cancellation and Modification:3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of one night's room rate.3.2. Modifications to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Occupancy:4.1. The maximum occupancy for each room is as stated on our website and should not be exceeded.4.2. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the reservation if the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy or if any guest engages in disruptive behavior.
5. Smoking and Pets:5.1. The Rundle Suites is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.5.2. Pets are allowed in our designated pet friendly rooms. Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted.
6. Hotel Facilities and Liabilities:6.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.6.2. The Rundle Suites is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.6.3. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using hotel facilities. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children.6.4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest violating hotel policies or behaving inappropriately.
7. Privacy and Data:7.1. The Rundle Suites respects your privacy. We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.7.2. By providing your personal information, you consent to its use for reservation purposes and for communication regarding your stay.
8. Force Majeure:8.1. The Rundle Suites is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Montana, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montana.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:10.1. The Rundle Suites reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
