Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
Antecedent. 1.-New Policy Proposal.
1.1 - All reservations must have a guarantee of payment.
1.2 - The payment guarantees accepted are: Credit Card, Deposit, Bank Transfer or Cash payment at the Hotel in advance.
1.3 - Guaranteed reservations will be charged 100% at the time of booking.
1.4 - Cancellations or changes of reservations can be made with a minimum time of 10 days in the case of weekends and during the week.
1.5 - Cancellations are not accepted in high season (2 weeks of Easter, from January 23 to 03 and special dates determined by the hotel) regardless of the time they are made.
1.6 - Rates for high season and special dates determined by the hotel are subject to change without prior notice.
