CHECK IN TIME
Our standard check-in time is from 14:00. 
Valid ID Card or Passport are required duringcheck-in. Foreign guests are also required to be holding a valid stay visaaccording to Thai Immigration laws. Failure to furnish will result in refusalof stay and no refund issued for the reservation.  You can request early check-in from 12:00noon although thisis subject to availability. Early check-ins before 12:00noon shall be at 50% offull day rate and not earlier than 7 am. Check-in before 7 am will beconsidered as additional full-day rate; All early check-ins subject to availabilityon arrival only cannot be guaranteed in advance.  

CASH DEPOSIT
A cash deposit of THB 1,000 per room iscollected upon check-in as guarantee and shall be fully refundable uponcheck-out if there are no ''incidental'' damage to hotel furnishings oramenities caused by themselves or their guests.

CHECK OUT TIME
Our standard check-out time is before 12:00noon. You can request late check-out up till 2pm although this is subject to availability. Late checkouts beyond 2 pm shallbe at 50% of full day rate till latest 5 pm. Check-out after 5 pm will beconsidered as additional full-day rate; All late check-outs subject toavailability only.Due to theavailability and/or nature of a special request, we are unable to confirm therequest at the time of booking or prior to the arrival date. We will do ourbest to accommodate all special requests at check in on the day of arrival, butrequests are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO RESERVATIONS 
Cancellations or modifications for a roomreservation must be received at least 7 or more days before planned date ofarrival. If made less than 7 days from date of arrival, a one nightaccommodation charge or 50% of the original total booking, whichever may behigher, charged. Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrivaland have not cancelled their reservation in advance, will be charged the fullamount of their reservation booked and hotel reserves all rights to release theroom without notice with no refund made. Change in the length or dates of thereservation may result in a rate change.
Note: Cancellations or modifications must bemade via the same channel as the original reservation i.e. travel agent,booking engine etc.; Other cancellation periods and penalties may applydepending on specific rate conditions and booking websites used. 

RATES & CHILDREN POLICY
All rates provided based on standard capacity ofroom type chosen. Children 7 year and below stay for free on existing beds;Children 8 and above considered as adult rate. Maximum of 1 child stay free onexisting beds. Extra beds request are accepted at THB 700 per night breakfastinclusive or THB 500 per night bed only; subject to availability. Allguests under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

PAYMENTTERMS
Accommodation charges are collected in full uponcheck-in. Cash is much appreciated but Visa and MasterCard payment options areaccepted too. Bank transfers and Paypal mode of payment, please contact hotelfor more information. Cheques are not accepted unless approved by our accountsteam. 

BREAKFAST
Breakfastincluded in rate plan is based on standard capacity of room type chosen andshall be consumed at the hotel’s restaurant. Additional breakfast is availableon request at THB 150 per person per day.  

ROOM ALLOCATION 
Consideration is always given to allocate eachguest the room of his booking and choice. In the event such rooms are notavailable due to unforeseen reasons, we will offer another room asreplacement. 

LUGGAGE STORAGE / LOST AND FOUND 
Free storage of luggage are available at theguest's sole risk to loss or damage from any causes;, subject to spaceavailability and up to maximum 30 days. Any found left-behind belongings willbe safe kept for 30 days. Unclaimed stored luggage or lost and found after 30days will be disposed, recycled and/or donated to charity.

THIRDPARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES 
Additional services such as transport andairport transfers are provided by third party agents. We will facilitate thesebookings but are not liable in any way for the failure in delivering theservice, nor for any negligence or omissions by these agents 

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY 
Guest shall be responsible for any ''incidental'' damage tohotel furnishings or amenities caused by themselves or their guests. Thesecould include damages to bed sheets, towels, or upholstery stains, holes inwalls, furniture or appliance damage or extra cleaning due to the state theroom was left in. Charges for these incidentals or missing items are availableas a printed list on request. 

SMOKING 
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the guestrooms or indoor areas. Guest are liable for a cleaning fee of THB 2000 shouldsmoking occur in the rooms during their stay. Kindly use the outdoor smokingareas provided on lobby entrance.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the premises of theaccommodation  

PARKING
Free parking is available on-site for yourconvenience. We are not liable in any way for the custody of the vehicle ofguest. 

PERSONALVALUABLES
Safeis at your disposal in your room. Please safe keep all personal securities andvaluables in it  

TRAQUILITY AGREEMENT
Outside visitors are not permitted in the premises after 11pm unless registeredby the staying guest. All guests are also kindly requested to limit excessivenoise to avoid disturbing other guests in the premises. We take thesafety, comfort, security and tranquility of all guests seriously are committedto ensuring that the Mini R experience is relaxing and enjoyable for all.  In accordance with this objective, the hotelhas developed a Tranquility Agreement that is in place at all times. Forcomplete details, a printed copy is available at Front Desk.  

GENERAL
Drugs,firearms, illegal contrabands, gambling and illegal activities are strictlyprohibited on hotel premises. Infringements of the aforesaid prohibitions willbe forwarded to the police and perpetrators will be prosecuted in accordance toThai law.   

INDEMNITY CLAUSE
Guests shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respectof any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of,and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by The Mini RRatchada Hotel.   


HOTEL MANAGEMENT
