UVENCE ARTE + HOTEL is a complex of hotel and cultural services inspired by a contemporary concept of design architecture with Chiapas roots and which bases its services on local, national and international art and culture. The intellectual training of its owner Mario Uvence, renowned collector, antiquarian, cultural promoter and authority on art and antiques are the axis of a new concept of cultural hotels where guests can enjoy a Library-Museum, cultural exhibitions, concerts and literary talks and original works of art in their rooms.

Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Hour: 6:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: $1,500.00
Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 6:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
LOW SEASON
- For cancellations between 0 and 7 days before arrival, the penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be applied.
- For cancellations between 8 and 29 days before arrival, the penalty of 50% of the total reservation will be applied.
- Between 30 days or more days before your arrival, a refund of 100% of your deposit will be made.
HIGH SEASON
- Cancellations or modifications from 0 to 15 days, no refund applies and the penalty will be 100%.
- Between 16 days to 29 days before your arrival, a refund of 50% of your deposit or guarantee will be made.
- Cancellations or modifications 30 days or more in advance will not apply a penalty - Refunds will be made within a period of 15 to 20 business days after the request.
- If the room is marked as non-cancellable, non-refundable or similar, a 100% penalty applies regardless of the date the cancellation is requested.
Terms and Conditions
Prices in Mexican pesos. Applicable taxes 16% VAT + 2% ISH.
To check in it is necessary to present an official identification. Adults only.
- If the guest wishes to check out before the date or does not show up at the hotel on the day of check-in, it is considered a NO SHOW and no refunds apply. Any reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund.
- If the guest wishes to extend his reservation, the cancellation policies will apply in the same way.
- Our hotel allows pets in the rooms with an extra charge per pet per night (only small and medium breeds).
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING.
- Check-In hours from 15:00 hrs / Check-out until 12:00 hrs.
- In case of requiring early check-in (after 9am) or late check-out (up to 6pm) it is subject to availability the same day and with an additional charge of $1,500.00 pesos.
EXTRA PERSON POLICIES
The charge of 500.00 MXN will be applied from the third person in the same room. Only applies to rooms with two double beds.
MINORS POLICIES
Children are considered up to 11 years old. Children from 12 years will be charged as an adult; 2 Children under 12 years old may share the room with 2 adults in the rooms with two double beds.
PET POLICIES
Pets are accepted according to availability with additional charge per pet.
OVERSELLING POLICIES
In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the hosting service contracted by the consumer with a reservation from the website, the Hotel on its own, will find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal to or better than the originally contracted benefits.
• The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.
• The guest will be granted at least one call to their home or office.
