Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy: 25% is payable at booking. Balance is due before checking in. 2 nights rate due if cancelled 48 hours before check in. $50 payable if cancelled before the 48 hour check-in, otherwise all payments refunded.
House Rules:All Guests and Visitors must comply with all House Rules(a copy provided in the Chalet), By-Laws and instructions from management during their stay.
Children: Under 2 years are free.
Dogs: Dogs with consultation with management are allowed in chalet 1-Magpie and chalet 2-Pelican. A fee of $50 per stay will be charged for small dogs and $100 for large dogs. If extra cleaning is needed charges will apply at $50/hour.
Damages + Incidentals Stirling Estate Chalet have a minimum charge of $100 to damages incurred to all or part of the property which may affect arriving guests or the ability to re-sell the chalet upon checkout. It is understood that upon checking into Stirling Estate Chalet, you agree to such charges being taken upon checkout in covering such expenses. In addition guests are not to move or change the position of furniture or artworks. Management reserves the right to charge if any damage is incurred.
Non-Smoking Policy: In accordance with Australian law, our property is strictly non-smoking inside. If you choose to smoke outdoors, then please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are extinguished.
If you choose to ignore this policy we have a minimum $250 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the chalet to its original condition.
Visitors: Guests must be 18 years or older, and if not, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with the House Rules. The maximum number of Guests permitted at a the property must not exceed a maximum of 10 people per Chalet. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest.
Personal Items: We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto the premises. Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles.
PRIVACY POLICY: Stirling Estate Chalet respects your right to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act), in particular the 13 Australian Privacy Principles which deal with the collection, management and disclosure of your personal information. Stirling Estate Chalet is committed to protecting your personal information.
COVID POLICY: If your travel plans have been affected by Covid restrictions and can be verified by government restrictions or a doctors certificate your charges will be refunded fully. Otherwise refer to the cancellation policy.
