Terms and Conditions
- Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
- Check-in hours 2:00 pm and Check-out: 11:30 am.
- Rollaway beds cannot be confirmed prior to arrival and are subject to availability at time of check-in. Each will have a nightly rate of $10 USD.
- It is NOT allowed to bring inflatable mattresses and others.
- Unless otherwise specified, the room rate will apply to departures prior to the confirmed date if the hotel is not notified by 12:00 noon of arrival.
- A government-issued photo ID will be required at the front desk at check-in.
- Late check-out 11:30 am (Chek-out) is available for an additional charge and subject to availability.
- The hotel complies with the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Alcoholic beverage service (when available) is limited to persons 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
- You must attend to your children while they are in the hotel facilities to avoid accidents.
- The use of the pool is from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The use of the pool is under your complete responsibility.
- The towel for pool use must be requested in the lobby and delivered to the same place. Room towels are not allowed in the pool.
- When using the pool you will NOT be able to climb the hotel stairs while they are wet to avoid accidents. They must be dried and/or changed in the bathrooms in the pool area.
- It is NOT allowed to enter the lobby with wet clothes and without a shirt.
- Children under 12 years of age are NOT allowed in the pool area without an adult supervising them.
- The use of the pool is under your full responsibility.
- You are NOT allowed to use the washers and dryers.
- The hotel will have rooms for people with pets (dogs only). These will be dedicated so it will depend on availability. The people need have reservation confirmation previously arrive the hotel.
- Pets (dogs only) will only be allowed in the assigned room; they may not be on the Hotel grounds.
- Pets (dogs only) while they are in the rooms must remain in their houses or cages. These are not allowed on the beds.
- The owner will be responsible for taking her out of the room, doing her needs and picking them up. A $50 USD fine will be imposed on all those who leave feces in the room or in the hotel areas.
- You cannot smoke in the rooms or in the corridors. The hotel will have areas outside the hotel designated for smokers. You will be charged $50 on the account of the room of the guest who smokes in non-assigned areas.
- The guest agrees to cover the cost of repairing or replacing any object, furniture or property owned by the hotel that has been totally or partially damaged, either due to carelessness or intentionally.
- The hotel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OBJECTS FORGOTTEN in public areas, nor for items left inside the rooms after Check-out.
- Guests who present an aggressive, threatening or disrespectful attitude in any way either to hotel staff or other guests must leave the hotel immediately or will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- The hotel has security cameras inside and outside its facilities. All the material obtained from said cameras will be made available to the authorities if necessary.
- The guests responsible for demanding a receipt from the receptionist in case of making their payment in cash.
- For any information or claim, the guest must submit a payment receipt duly signed by the guest and the reception staff.
- The Hotel La Posada Jayuya is not responsible for any situation or accident on the hotel grounds.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission.
- In the event that the guest fails to comply with the provisions, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract. This regardless of whether the amount of the room has already been paid. In this case, the guest WILL NOT BE CREDITOR TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND.
