Our house is a colonial-style property with more than 115 years in Isla Colon. We have private rooms ideal for couples, remote workers, friends or single people who like to enjoy a quiet environment, away from the noise of the night but close to everything.
We are 7 minutes from downtown, we have supermarkets and shops nearby as well as a sushi food truck on the property for lovers of this food.
The buses that go to Playa Bocas del Drago and Playa Bluff pass through the main entrance.
We have a furnished kitchen, living room available for our visitors.
The owners live on the property with our family so we are available for consultation.

In case of no show on the day of check in, the entire reservation will be charged. Time to cancel a reservation is 5 days before arrival.

El pago de la estadía se realiza en el check in. SIN EXCEPCION
Los precios no incluyen el ITMBS (Impuesto turistico) del 10%.
Contamos con un area al costado de la casa donde se puede estacionar, pero es en la misma calle.
No se permiten eventos, fiestas, drogas, personas que no esten hospedadas ni ruidos despues de las 10 pm (MULTA POR DROGAS/CIGARRILLO O PERSONAS QUE NO SON HUESPEDES ES DE $100)
Es permitido fumar en la acera, no en el patio, jardin ni terraza.
Despues de las 10 pm mantener el silencio por favor, es una casa familiar en la planta baja.
Las visitas no son permitidas.
Por favor limpiar la cocina luego de usarla.
Apagar el aire acondicionado si no estara en la propiedad durante el dia, tenemos una filosofia de ahorrar energía y agua.
En caso de incumplirse alguna de las normas, se resolvera con los dueños.
No nos hacemos responsables por perdida de llaves, y en caso de que suceda el costo por una nueva es de $5

We have an area to the side of the house where you can park, but it is on the same street.Events, parties, drugs, people who are not guests or noise are not allowed after 10 pm (FINE FOR DRUGS/CIGARETTES OR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT GUESTS IS $100)Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk, not in the patio, garden or terrace.After 10 pm keep quiet please, it is a family house on the ground floor.Visitors are not allowed.Please clean the kitchen after using it.Turn off the air conditioning if you will not be in the property during the day, we have a philosophy of saving energy and water.In case of non-compliance with any of the rules, it will be resolved with the owners.We are not responsible for loss of keys, and in case it happens the cost for a new one is $5WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION OF GUESTS
