- We regret to advise guests that the resort was not designed to cater to guests with special needs - especially those using a wheel chair.
- All rooms have at least a few steps to the entrance.
- The resort is on a cliff and so there are stairs to reach the foreshore.
- The bathrooms do NOT have support handgrips beside the toilet bowl.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Receptionist will endeavor to resolve the matter.
- Anything that cannot be resolved by the Receptionist will be immediately referred to the Duty Manager.
- As last resort, we will invite the booking agent to get involved
Force Majeure
- The Philippines does experience typhoons every year. The good news is that they rarely come as far south as Cebu.
- As We get a few days warning of approaching typhoons, we take precautions to protect the property and the guests.
- In the unlikely event that the resort is badly damaged by a typhoon, we assist guests in their transfers and we will refund any unused protion of their prepaid
Guests' Rights
- h the resort is legally obliged A confirmed room reservation - even if it is not prepaid - is a contract, which the resort is legally oblidged to honour. In the rare event that a guest arrives to =claimtheir reservation, the room chosen might not be available. The resort will give you (at no extra cost) any other available room even if it is a more expensive one. In the rare case that no room is avilable at teh resort, the resort will find (at it;sown cost) similar accommodation at a nearby resort
- Guests need to take reasonable care of their safety and their belongings.
- The resort takes responsibility except for guest vehicles on the property, for guest's belongings if stolen or lost.
- The resort has thrird party liability insurance to cover guest's losses. Any claim bneeds to be supported by a statement and supporting vouchers.
- At check-in all outstanding balances for the reservation must be settled before the guest can be checked in.
- "Outstanding balance" refers to any unpaid amount on the Booking Invoice - this may include, room(s), meals (if full board), airport shuttle, pre-booked dives and pre-booked excursions/tours.
- Where guests are sharing a room, they may request for separate billing on charges incurred while at the resort.
- At check-out, the guest will be presented with a statement of account of all charges incurred while at the resort.
- If requested, the guest may request supporting vouchers behind the charge.
- If request at check-in, separate statements of account per guest room sharing, will be provided.
- All statements of account must be settled before the guest can check-out.
- We accept cash (Philippine pesos, euro, Hong Kong dollars US dollars), MasterCard and Visa credit cards and on-line popular payment gateways.
- Checks are NOT accepted unless from guests personally known to the management.
- The exchange rate for settlement in a foreign currency will be quoted by the Receptionist.
- No pets allowed in the resort
- All room rates include 12% VAT. There is no service charge for rooms.
- Value added tax is included in all the prices of meals and services.
- A 5% service charge is added to lunch and dinner. 100% of this charge is shared by the staff.
- Personal information obtained from the guest will only be used within the resort to enhance the guest's stay.
- No personal information will be shared with any third parties except when lawfully requested by a Philippine Government body.
- On Site parking is provided free of charge but at the owner's risk
- The resort has a 24-hour guard service.
- At night, the guard roams around the property ensuring the safety of al.
- The Dive Centre is registered with PADI and follows all safety regulations advised by PADI.
- If a single adult checks in with a minor, we are required to ask for proof that the guardian is a parent or a legal guardian
