Outside peak periods, cancellation prior to 7 days of commencement of stay is fully refundable. Cancellation inside of 7 days is non refundable, however if the event we are able to rebook we will provide a full refund. Cancellation inside of 6 weeks for Christmas holiday period is non refundable, however if we are able to rebook we will provide a full refund. For all other peak periods, cancellation inside of 14 days is non refundable unless we are able to rebook, in which case we will provide a full refund.
