You have until 9:00 am on the date of your check in to cancel your reservation, if you do so you will incur no additional costs. After the 9:00 am the cost of your stay will be due and payable, NON-REFUNDABLE, and will be charged to the credit card with which you secured your reservation.
The property is not handicap accessible, though all but two rooms are on the ground level.
Parking onsite is free.
Topmast Motel, as a motel, is a limited service accommodation. The office is open from 8:30am until 8pm, seven days per week. No office personnel are available before or after those hours. A reservation made after 8pm for the same night, will not be valid. If you need to check-in after 8pm, your check-in package will be waiting for you in the "Late Arrivals" box by the office door. When checking out, you can leave your room key in the "Late Arrivals" box. Keys that are not returned will be billed to your credit card at $25.00 per key.
Pets are welcome at the Topmast with payment of the one time pet charge.
Damage to the room will be charged to your credit card when the damage is discovered and assessed.
