Ilaya Highland Resort is a picturesque and tranquil destination nestled amidst the natural beauty of highlands or
elevated areas. It offers guests a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life, providing a perfect retreat for
relaxation and recreation.
The resort welcomes day use visitors from 8 AM to 6 PM. If you are staying overnight, check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 12 NN.
Payment & Terms
Full payment is required to confirm reservation. Prices stated here are inclusive of Taxes, fees and other charges
related to your accommodation and stay with us.
We offer flexible payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and GCash (transfer to BPI) at the resort.

Personal Information
Valid Identification Card must be presented upon check-in. All information & documents submitted to the management
shall be treated with utmost confidentiality and shall only be utilized for the purpose of documentation, contact tracing and
accommodation regulations provided by the Local.
All documents shall be secured by the Management and shall only be utilized for the items stated above.
Travelling with Minor: Identification of the minor must be presented upon check-in. Minors travelling without at least
one of his/her parent/s, a legal guardian with proper documentation and parental consent shall be checked upon
check-in. A minor is not allowed to be the Primary Guest at the establishment.
For Day Trip guests: To ensure a smooth check-in process, please send us the names, addresses, and contact
Accessibility
The road leading to our resort is fully paved with concrete & features a gentle inclination.
Golf cart is provided to transport guests with special needs like Senior Citizen & PWD.
All rooms have at least a few steps to the entrance.
The bathrooms do NOT have support handgrips beside the toilet bowl.
Dispute/Issue Resolution
We prioritize the privacy and satisfaction of our guests. Any disputes or concerns between a guest and the
Management will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring a professional and amicable resolution. In
cases of disputes or concerns involving other guests within the accommodation establishment, we kindly request
that you promptly report these matters to the Management, and we will act as mediators to address and resolve the
issue to your satisfaction. Your comfort and well-being during your stay are of paramount importance to us. In the
unlikely event of a dispute, the Receptionist will endeavour to resolve the matter.
Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure or an incident considered as an act of God, the Management shall not be held
responsible for the untoward incident and shall be given the benefit of Management's discretion regarding refunds or
compensation.
Liability
The Resort Management is not liable for self-inflicted incidents. Guests must follow house rules. Lost items outside
premises are not the Management's responsibility.
Safety
Please ensure you arrive by 5 PM, as the roads to Patag lack adequate street lightning. It is advisable to reach the
resort before sunset.
Day trip guests and visitors of overnight guests are allowed to stay until 6 PM only. Please be mindful as the roads have
limited street lights for safety reasons.
Outside Food & Drinks: We strictly prohibit bringing outside food and drinks, including snacks into the resort.
Smoking Areas: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is
not permitted in day or overnight accommodations.
No Gambling: We maintain a strict no-gambling policy on the premises.
Pets
We do allow pets at the resort for day trips only. Guests with pets must secure a Cabana, Casita, or Hut as pets are
not allowed at the restaurant or in overnight accommodations.
Music & Noise
While we encourage you to enjoy music, please keep the volume at a level that won't disturb other guests. Sing-
along is not allowed.
Guests are not permitted to organized their own events or parties. For in-house accommodation events, we enforce
a strict 9PM silent hours policy to ensure peaceful environment.
