Property and Cancelation Policies :
Other dates: 25% of the total stay is required to guarantee the reservation. Canceling your reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date or failing to show, up will result in a charge for the entire stay to your credit card or another guaranteed payment method, taxes apply. Failing to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will cancel the remainder of your reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Non-smoking policy: Breath easy. Our rooms are non-smoking. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $200 room cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed only in terraces and open spaces.
Parking: Parking is available at the Resort premises.
Pet-friendly policy: We are a pet-friendly resort. There is a two-pet per Villa limit. We welcome pets up to 25 pounds. There is an additional charge of $25.00 plus tax per pet per day. Pets cannot be left unattended in guestrooms. The use of a leash is mandatory while on resort property, including the beach. Pet owner guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets. Pets must not disturb other guests.
Other Terms and Conditions: Quotes are valid for up to 24 hours, extra bed costs $ 40 plus tax per night. Loud Music and Speakers are not allowed in the villas or the beach/bar area. Fires or BBQs are not allowed in villas or beach/bar areas. Liquor and food purchased outside the resort are strictly prohibited from consumption in any of our public areas, including bars, restaurants, and the beach will be confiscated & disposed of. We respectfully request that our guests keep their consumption in the privacy of their villas. Upon checkout, additional charges will apply if there are damages to the room. If the damage is so severe that it puts the room out of commission for days to make repairs, charges will apply for the number of nights the room is out of service.
