By booking this stay, I acknowledge the following policies:
-I will be charged accordingly for the following: smoking in a guest room, excessive debris removal, and/or damage to the guest room.
-I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with this reservation are not waived, and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges.
-I understand that an authorization of $50 per day from my physical credit card will be held in addition to the total expected room, taxes, and fees associated with my stay.
-This is a 100% no smoking facility; smoking is allowed only in the designated area, away from the buildings (please check with the reception desk).
-Notice to guests: This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and it will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
-I freely acknowledge, accept, and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, disease, property damage and loss resulting therefrom.
