Terms and Conditions
1. The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged at 100% of total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case of anticipated departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
2. Check-in Policy:
- The hostel provides reception service 24 hours.
- Check-in time 14.00 PM. (Free Luggage storage is available for early check-in)

4. Payment: Cash or Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) is welcomed upon arrival.
5. For non-refundable booking, full amount of pre-payment would be required for this property.
- Each booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If invalid credit card details are provided, we retain the faculty to cancel your booking with no further obligation on our side.
- In case of pre-payment could not be completed within 3 days after booking by the reason of invalid credit card, the booking will be automatically cancel and the deposit you paid will be non-refundable as stated in terms and conditions on Hostelworld.com.
6. The deposit of 500THB/person for dormitory room is required when check-in. The deposit payment will be refund upon check-out when key card and white towel are returned in a normal functioning condition and clean respectively.
7. The deposit of 1,000THB/person for deluxe double bed room is required when check-in. The deposit payment will be refund upon check-out when key card and white towel are returned in a normal functioning condition and clean respectively.
8. BearPacker is equipped with smoke detectors, fire alarms and fire extinguishers to prevent and respond to emergencies.
9. A minimum 3 nights stay is required during 30 Dec - 01 Jan
