Casa di Giulio: Quiet hotel with heated pool for adults only 🔞. Located on Mexico street just one block from the beach 🏖️, and a few steps from the main street close to the restaurants, shops and other points of interest.
We have different types of rooms for two, three or four people. There are rooms with king-size or queen-size beds. Some of the rooms have sofa beds to accommodate extra persons.
All rooms have a private bathroom 🚿, A/C ❄️ and a small refrigerator. There is a shared outdoor kitchen located by the pool area ♨.
We have rooms located on the ground floor (#1, #2, #3 and #4) and some of the rooms located on the first floor have a balcony.
Two of our rooms (#9 and #10) have their own private kitchenette 🎛️.

• The reservation is valid for a number of adults specified. The increase in the number of guests is subject to availability and may have an extra cost 👨👩👧👦 .
• Free cancelation available 14 days before the arrival date. • Pool hours are from 10:00 am to 9pm 🏊🏼♀️.
• It is strictly prohibited to keep any type of glass around the pool area.
• When using the lounge chair please use the pool towel. Do not leave personal items as well as clothing, towels and other objects in the pool area 🤿.
• Access to the facilities is not allowed to people not staying at the hotel 🚷.
• No pet friendly. 🐶🐱.
• The use of drugs is totally prohibited ⛔.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Smoking is allowed exclusively on the balconies and on the terrace, and it is mandatory to use an ashtray. Any damage caused to the furniture will be charged 🚭.
• The use of sound equipment such as speakers, musical instruments, microphones and other noisy objects 🔇 is not allowed at all times.
• It is mandatory to moderate your voice in public areas and not make any noise inside the rooms between 10pm and 8am 🗣️🤫.
• Prohibited any sexual activity of any kind in public areas, balconies or terrace 🚫.
• It is not allowed to hang clothes, towels and other objects on balconies, windows and lounge chairs 🩱.
• The air conditioning must be off when you are not in the room, just as the windows should be closed when the A / C is on 📴.
• In the event that the bedding or towels are stained with makeup, food or non-removable stains, the corresponding charge will be made to the value of the damaged garment 🧼.
