• Cancellations made within 7-14 days will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount.
• No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the reservation.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
• Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Occupancy and Guest Policy:

• Additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval and may incur extra charges.
5. Damage and Security Deposit:
• A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages.
• The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages are incurred.

• Additional fees may apply for guests bringing pets.
7. Smoking Policy:
