Terms and Conditions
To make your reservation, it is necessary to make a transfer of the first night, within the next 48 hours following your reservation request. If this payment is not made in the time indicated, your reservation will be canceled. In this case, VAT is not included in the price and is charged separately.
To access our lodge you need to travel in a 4x4 vehicle. If you do not have a car of these characteristics, you can drive to the town of San José de Maipo and park in a public parking lot. Inform us and we will coordinate your round trip transfer to our lodge, this has a cost of $ 3,000 per night for parking plus $ 6,000 for the round trip for the two people. (Chile Pesos)
This lodge is an ecological project and is located in the high mountain range, in an undeveloped area therefore:
- There are no restaurants or nearby businesses where you can access, you must come with all the food for your stay.
- The electrical energy provided in the cabins is acquired through photovoltaic panels, therefore on cloudy days we thank our guests to take care of this resource. It is important to bear in mind that this type of system does not allow plugging in items with high electrical consumption such as hair dryers, irons or electric grills.
- The water comes from napas of the high mountain range, for your safety each cabin has a purified water dispenser for drinking.
- Each cabin has an exclusive Hot tub, which is heated once a day. Approximately available for use at 6:00 p.m.
- We have private and free parking on site.
- The cabin has a slow-burning stove and is supplied with firewood to heat your stay. Consumption in addition to this has an additional cost.
- We have trekking trails at no additional cost, we offer massage services, horseback riding and other outdoor activities for an additional cost.
- We do not have daily cleaning service.
This lodge does not accept minors.
This lodge does not accept pets.
The location of the cabins is on a slope, which makes it difficult for people with reduced mobility to move around.
This lodge privileges rest, therefore the use of speakers and / or music in outdoor spaces such as terrace and Hot tub is restricted.
The guests agree to cancel the damage caused to any item or part of the furniture.
