Our Vancouver Island oceanfront resort blends the virtues of an intimate Country Inn with the privacy and comforts of condominium living. We welcome you to share in our natural paradise.Situated on a secluded beachfront setting with the Strait of Georgia at your door step, you can enjoy beach combing, bonfires, clam digging, oyster picking and salmon fishing. From early September to mid October anglers from around the world descend upon our shores for the pink and northern Coho salmon runs. Chest waders or belly boats are all that is required for an extreme day of fishing. View an abundance of marine life including blue herons, bald eagles, seal and many other species from the comforts of your beachfront suite, or our Oceanfront Hot tub. Kayak rentals are available to explore the tranquil shoreline.
The Resort is centrally located to many points of interest on Vancouver Island, mountain biking & skiing at Mt. Washington, winery tours in the Comox Valley, Spelunking at Horne Lake Caves and numerous Pristine hiking trails that abound, some leading to majestic waterfalls.World famous Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park is also close by. Visit Cathedral Grove for an incredible walk in the rare old giant Douglas fir trees and stop at Coombs to visit the abundance of markets.A golfer’s Mecca, there are 16 courses with in an hours drive offering a challenge to suit any skill level. Many in the Parksville and Qualicum Beach area.

Qualicum Breeze Resort (referred to as RESORT) and Qualicum Breeze Beach House (Private vacation rental, referred to as BEACH HOUSE) Standard Terms & Conditions apply to both unless otherwise indicated.

Travelling with Minors
Infants (0-12 months) stay free, but they must be accounted for in your reservation.
We offer free baby monitors at the front desk so you can put the wee ones to bed and enjoy the private decks and beach front hot tub in the evenings.
Pets & Smoking
We are an allergy-free property's and not pet friendly.
No pets.
If you are traveling with a registered service animal, we must be notified in advance so we can make arrangements for additional sanitation of the suite at an additional charge.
No smoking inside.
Smoking outside in designated areas only.
Jacuzzi & BBQs
Only registered guests are permitted to use the hot tub or any other amenity. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests are required to shower and wash prior to entering the hot tub.
BBQ’s are provided with cooking mats, that must be washed and returned to BBQ after use.
Beach Fires
When permitted you may have a small contained bonfire on the beach. We do not provide fire wood. You can purchase it in town or bring your own. All bonfires may not be left unattended, and must be totally extinguished.
Watercraft and Shellfish
Shell fish harvesting: you must bring us a paper copy of your valid salt water fishing licence to keep on hand when the fisheries officers arrive.
All water craft must be carried to the water, and be buoyant before getting in, and be carried back to their original place.
Waivers need to be signed for water craft use, and the signee takes full responsibility for damage, loss or accident/injury.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Beach house:
Wheelchair accessible, wide doors inside for maneuvering with ease.
Our property is not 100% wheelchair accessible, all suites are ground level, but please call for details so we can do our best to accommodate guests with disabilities.
Parking
Free parking in front of suite or in alternative parking lot.
At the Vacatuion house, we have parking for 4 vehicles additional vehicles require a street pass.Please note: All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including any government closure mandates.
All reservations must be cancelled by email via info@qualicumbreezeresort.com.
Guests will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
24 hours after booking an administrative fee of 25% of the deposit will be withheld for alterations or cancellations.
In addition:
Resort Cancellations:
The equivalent to one nights stay, including taxes, cancellation/damage deposit is due at time of booking. This is refunded within 7 days of departure, providing there is no damage.
May 1 – September 30 and all designated holidays, there is no refund of deposit if cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in.
October 1 – April 30, there is no refund of deposit if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in.
Beach House Cancellations:
equivalent to 1 night stay including taxes. cancellation/damage deposit due at time of booking.
May 1 – September 30 and all designated holidays, there is no refund of deposit if cancelled less than 120 days prior to check-in.
October 1 – April 30 there is no refund of deposit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in.
Please Note:
Cancellation/Damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after checkout providing there are no damages to the property and guests have complied with all house policies.
Guest who MADE the booking are required to make full payment for reservation, sign waivers on date of arrival before keys are released, no exceptions.

****FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL****Deposit equal to one nights fee required upon booking. Deposit is refunded WITHIN 7 DAYS of your departure providing there is not damage & you have complied to the cancellation policy. By submitting your credit card details, you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
