During the Spring, Summer and Fall, the grounds come alive - there's space for soccer, volleyball and bocce. During the Winter, you can enjoy skating or a scrimmage on our pond or head out on a snow shoe hike, we have snowshoes you can borrow. At anytime of the year, its always great to relax by the campfire - we even supply the firewood, kindling and matches for you.

Payment Policy
Credit card details are used to secure your booking. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the total amount of the reservation. Payment will be taken in full the day before check-in. If you have selected a non-refundable rate, payment will be taken at the time of reservation. Government taxes are not included in our advertised rates and will be charged in addition.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you don’t, but if you do need to cancel part or all of your stay, please notify us via email as soon as possible. If you have not had a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours, please telephone us. Cancellations made within two weeks of the stay shall be subject to the full cost of the booking. Please note, non-refundable rate reservations are always subject to the full cost of the booking. All other cancellations are possible without penalty. Very rarely we may need to cancel your booking and in such circumstances you will be given a full refund, however we will have no further liability to you. Please note that our cancellation policy remains in effect at all times, including but not limited to, illness, weather conditions, road closures and force majeure. Please consider travel insurance for your stay.
Lodge Policies
We are an adult-friendly bed and breakfast. Children from the age of 12 are welcome in the Main Lodge and families with younger children are welcome in our cabins. Each room in the Main Lodge can accommodate a maximum of two persons.
Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the Main Lodge. Please feel free to bring slippers or indoor shoes and remove outdoor footwear inside the Main Entrance.
Moberly Lodge is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Lodge & Cabins nor in the immediate vicinity.
Our cabins are pet-friendly and pets can be accommodated with advance notice only. Pets are not permitted in the Main Lodge.
The front desk closes at 10pm, late check-ins are not possible.
