A small and atmospheric, owned by an open-air couple, Lodge 67°N is located in the heart of Äkäslompolo village in Finnish Lapland. The Lodge is particularly well suited for guests who avoid large hotels and appreciate personal and warm service. Seven self-catering double rooms and one suite have a fully equipped kitchenette, shower and toilet, drying cabinet, flat-screen TV and parquet floors. A buffet breakfast is included and is served in the cozy breakfast room by the fireplace. The Lodge has two public saunas, which are heated daily. With its own entrance, the three-bedroom apartment is a great option for a larger party. In addition to three bedrooms, the apartment has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, private sauna and two toilets.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
In order to make a booking with us, you must provide your name, address, phone number, email, credit card details and estimated time of your arrival. Your confirmation letter will be sent to your email automatically after you have finished your reservation. Please also remember to check your spam folder. You do not need to print the booking confirmation.
The accommodation price includes the breakfast and linen for the number of persons the reservation is made for, exception for this is the apartment 67°N, where the breakfast is not included.
BOOKING CONDITIONS (cancellation,changes and no-show)
Cancellation terms vary depending on the reservation dates and special conditions within the Lodge. Possibility to cancel the reservation without charges depend on the chosen price terms on the time of the reservation. These special terms and conditions are advised to be noted when making the reservation. The customer needs to read the valid terms and conditions and accept the reservation terms and conditions which are valid during the reservation before making the reservation. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions.
All bookings will be charged 60 days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled later or in case of a no show the full price of the reservation will be charged. Taxes are included in the price.
CANCELLATION DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES
Travel insurance is advised to be checked in case of the cancellation of the reservation.
All reservations made through online booking should be paid by credit card when finishing the reservation. If for some reason the booking has not been paid in advance, the payment should be settled upon arrival at the Lodge. We accept the most common credit/debit cards and cash (euros only). Additional services must be paid upon your visit in the Lodge reception.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The room is at your disposal latest from 4pm on the day of your arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 11 am. You can leave your luggage to the Lodge.Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least couple of days beforehand.
Remember to inform us if you will arrive late. We´ll then send you info how to get in and where you´ll find your room keys.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
There are rooms with possibility of an extra bed with an extra cost. Cribs are available on request beforehand (limited quantity). Please notice beforehand.
Pets are not allowed.
GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE AND DISTURBANCE
As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest in the room or in Lodge premises. Guardian of the minor is responsible of damages caused by minor.
The customer is responsible for the keys handed over to him and is obliged to reimburse the costs of the loss of the key and / or the electronic key of the electric door of the front door (40EUR / key and / or 40 EUR / electronic key). Likewise, the costs of installing locks or ordering keys are charged to the customer.
Please contact us by email and we will work together to find a suitable accommodation option for your group! However, if you make a booking for your group directly on our website, please send a list of guest’s names and room allocation no later than one week before the arrival date.
FORCE MAJEURE, LODGE RULES AND LEGAL NOTICE
Ylläs Lodge Oy accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, water, or other utility service, machinery or any collapse of building structures.
Ylläs Lodge Oy has the right to cancel the reservation for compelling reasons or in cases of force majeure. In this case, Ylläs Lodge Oy has the obligation to notify the customer without delay. The amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full or another accommodation will be offered instead.
Ylläs Lodge Oy will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Lodge other than as required under the applicable law. The law of Finland applies exclusively.
Ylläs Lodge Oy has the right to agree a variant terms and conditions regarding reservations, orders and cancellations of accommodation if the reservation, or time of reservation demands that.
Ylläs Lodge Oy reserves the right to correct pricing mistakes.

Ylläs Lodge Oy handles all customer information confidentially.
Guest records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law.
